Over The Hill Achievement Guide – Law of the Land

Unlocking the Law of the Land achievement in Over The Hill requires careful coordination of equipment and vehicle selection. Players must equip a vehicle with a blue livery alongside the Red & Blue Beacon Bar or the Red & Blue Beacons.

Players often get stuck trying to navigate the terrain, wasting resources on repairs. Therefore, preparation is essential to avoid setbacks.

Prioritize gathering the necessary items and check your vehicle’s specifications before heading out to ensure you meet all requirements.

The first step is to locate the beacon equipment, which is hidden inside a chest on Asgard Mountain. Follow the steps outlined below to retrieve the beacon bar, which is crucial for earning this hidden achievement.

How to Unlock the Law of the Land Achievement

Step 1: Unlock Asgard Mountain Access to Asgard Mountain is required to reach the chest. If this area is yet to be unlocked, do that first.

Step 2: Equip a Repair Kit and Jack

Before venturing out, ensure you have a Repair Kit and a Jack. The route down the mountain can be treacherous, so these items are essential for dealing with any vehicle issues that arise.

Step 3: Reach Rock Cradle Cabin Spawn at the Rock Cradle Cabin or navigate to it if you already have the location unlocked.

Step 4: Find the Chest on Asgard Mountain

Follow the trail leading uphill towards the Scenic Viewpoint, unlocking it if needed. Consult your map for the blue circle located east of the cabin, marking the chest’s location. Drive cautiously down the hill towards this spot, using your equipment as necessary to avoid getting stuck.

Step 6: Return to the Garage Once you have the beacon bar, teleport back or exit to the main menu to access your garage.

Step 7: Choose a Vehicle With a Blue Livery

Select a vehicle that features a blue livery. The Polyana is a verified option, but ensure it’s unlocked at Gimli Ridge before selecting it.

Most vehicle compatibility is still being verified, making The Polyana the safest choice for achieving this.

Step 8: Equip the Red & Blue Beacon Bar

Select your blue-liveried vehicle and equip either the Beacon Bar – Red & Blue or the Red & Blue Beacons from the equipment menu.

Once you have both the blue livery and the necessary beacon, the Law of the Land achievement will unlock. If it doesn’t trigger, double-check that your selected vehicle indeed has a blue livery and that you have equipped the correct beacon item.

Drive up to the chest to collect its contents and unlock the Beacon Bar – Red & Blue equipment.

Step 6: Return to the Garage

Teleport back or return to the main menu to access your garage.

Step 7: Choose a Vehicle With a Blue Livery

Select a vehicle that supports a blue livery. The Polyana is one confirmed option, but you must unlock it at Gimli Ridge first.

Step 8: Equip the Red & Blue Beacon Bar

If it doesn’t, double-check that your selected vehicle has a blue livery and that you’ve equipped the correct red-and-blue beacon item.
