Finding NPCs in Slayers 2 can sometimes feel harder than actually completing their quests. Trainers can be hidden on rooftops, behind cliffs, inside snowy areas, or even through underwater routes, so simply knowing the trainer’s name isn’t always enough.
In this guide, I’ll take you through the Slayers 2 trainer and NPC locations currently known in the game. I’ll cover all eight Breathing trainers, important merchants, Blood Demon Art progression, and the NPCs you’ll meet during Final Selection.
I’ll also explain the requirements for each trainer wherever they’re currently known. Some locations and requirements are still being worked out in the early-access version, so I’ll clearly point those out rather than sending you on a completely unnecessary trip across the map.
Roblox Slayers 2 Trainer and NPC Locations Guide
Breathing Styles in Slayers 2 are learned by finding their respective trainers and completing their training quests.
The current starting requirement for learning a Breathing Style is Level 25, although every trainer has their own additional requirements. Some trainers also require specific items or abilities before you can even reach them.
One thing I quickly learned is that simply reaching the correct region doesn’t always mean you’ve found the trainer. Some of these NPCs are placed above you, underwater, or in areas that require Wall Climb.
Rengu – Flame Breathing
Location: At the top of the house near the red bridge coming from Mistfall Village.
Rengu is the trainer you need if you want to learn Flame Breathing.
You’ll need to be at least Level 25 and have 10 Demon Horns before you can start the training.
If you reach the correct area but can’t immediately see him, make sure you’re checking the top of the house rather than searching around ground level.
Shinora – Insect Breathing
Location: On the roof of the main building at Butterfly Mansion.
Shinora teaches Insect Breathing.
You’ll need to reach Level 25 to begin the training. The exact material and cost requirements are still listed as TBA, so I’d recommend checking the trainer before farming a large amount of resources.
The important part here is the location. Shinora isn’t standing around the entrance of Butterfly Mansion. You need to get onto the roof of the main building.
Gyorei – Stone Breathing
Location: On the lower path coming from the bear area.
Gyorei is the trainer for Stone Breathing.
The current requirement is Level 25, and you’ll also need to have the Axe and Mace weapons unlocked. The exact material cost is currently TBA.
If you’re already around the bear area, look for the lower path rather than staying around the main part of the area.
Zentaro – Thunder Breathing
Location: Mountain route near the bear village.
Zentaro teaches Thunder Breathing, but getting to him isn’t as simple as walking there.
You’ll need Level 25 and Wall Climb to access the route. If you haven’t unlocked the climbing ability yet, you won’t be able to reach him properly.
Once you’re in the mountain route near the bear village, start looking upward and around the climbable sections.
Urokodaki – Water Breathing
Location: Underwater passage near the island house and Bamboo Grove.
Urokodaki is the trainer for Water Breathing.
You’ll need:
- Level 25
- 5,000 Wen
- 30 Demon Horns
The tricky part is actually finding him. Don’t just search around the island house or Bamboo Grove on the surface. The route involves an underwater passage, so make sure you’re checking below the water as well.
Saneri – Wind Breathing
Location: Snowy biome near the bear area.
Saneri teaches Wind Breathing.
You need to be Level 25 and have 50 Demon Horns.
Once you’re in the snowy biome coming from the bear area, look for a platform sitting in the middle of the water. Saneri is standing there.
This is another trainer where the terrain can make the NPC look much harder to find than he actually is.
Tengai – Sound Breathing
Location: Icevail Valley in the snowy region.
Tengai is the trainer for Sound Breathing.
The current requirement is Level 25, and you’ll also need Wall Climb to access the area.
Head toward the snowy region around Icevail Valley and keep an eye out for the climbable routes. If you’re having trouble reaching the trainer, there’s a good chance you haven’t unlocked the required movement ability yet.
Obari – Serpent Breathing
Location: Cliff or mountain above the starting area.
Obari teaches Serpent Breathing.
You’ll need:
- Level 25
- 20 Demon Horns
- 5 Beast Cores
The trainer is positioned above the starting area, so don’t assume you’ve gone to the wrong place just because you can’t find him at ground level.
Look toward the cliffs and mountain routes above the starting area.
Blood Demon Art NPCs and How to Obtain Arts
Blood Demon Arts work a little differently from Breathing Styles.
Instead of simply finding an Art trainer and completing a normal training quest, the current early-access progression involves Demon transformation, Muzan’s questline, and an Evil Art roll followed by an obtainment quest.
Some of the exact NPC locations are still not confirmed, so I wouldn’t recommend blindly searching the map for an Art-specific trainer yet.
Muzan
Muzan is connected to the Demon progression route.
The exact location is currently TBA, but the current information points toward needing negative reputation and completing Muzan’s questline.
The exact reputation threshold and quest requirements may change as the game receives updates.
Evil Art Acquisition
After becoming a Demon, you can roll for an Evil Art and then complete the corresponding obtainment quest.
The exact NPC locations and individual quest routes aren’t currently confirmed for every Art.
The current Art roster includes:
- Arrow
- Dream Manipulation
- Ice Manipulation
- Reaper
- Shockwave
- Tamari
- Blood Manipulation
- Obi Manipulation
- Explosive Blood
So if you’re specifically hunting for a particular Blood Demon Art, don’t assume every Art has its own trainer waiting somewhere on the map.
Important NPC Locations in Slayers 2
Not every important NPC in Slayers 2 is a Breathing trainer. You’ll also run into quest givers, merchants, and other characters that are important for progressing through the game.
Krue
Location: Starting spawn.
Krue is one of the early NPCs you’ll encounter.
His current quests include:
- Bandits quest: Level 1
- Zuko quest: Level 7
If you’re just starting the game, you should come across Krue naturally while working through the early progression.
Raze
Location: Inside Windy Peak, around the opening progression area.
Raze works as a weapon vendor.
He currently sells:
- Regular Katana — 500 Wen
- Fancy Katana — 1,500 Wen
If you’re looking for an early weapon upgrade, Raze is one of the NPCs you’ll want to remember.
Tom
Location: Bear area.
Tom gives you quests related to the bears.
His current quests include:
- Bear Hunt: Level 13
- Mother Bear: Level 18
If you’re already progressing through the bear area, make sure you check for Tom before leaving.
Ren
Location: Butterfly Estate.
Ren is the Gourd vendor, but you’ll need to complete his requirement before the shop becomes available.
You need to return his blade, which can be found near the waterfall.
Once you’ve returned it, you’ll be able to access his shop.
Ginzo
Location: Mistfall Harbor.
Ginzo buys loot from you.
There’s also a small quest connected to his Jewelry Box. You’ll need to return the Jewelry Box from his house in the Village Hidden in the Mist.
If you’re carrying loot around and looking for somewhere to sell it, Ginzo is the NPC you’ll want to find.
Final Selection NPC Locations
Final Selection is another major part of Slayers 2 progression.
The current requirement to enter Final Selection is Level 45.
To reach the area, travel through Mistfall Harbor toward the Butterfly Estate. From there, cross the long bridge heading south toward the Final Selection Plains.
Once you reach the plains, follow the path northeast toward Final Selection.
Inside the trial, you’ll encounter several NPCs as you progress through the objectives.
The Sisters
The Sisters are located at the Final Selection trial entrance.
Speak to them to begin the trial, and you’ll also return to them after defeating the boss.
Rem
Rem can be found in the Final Selection forest.
Her objective involves collecting fruit.
Follow the active quest objective if you’re having trouble locating her exact position.
Vael
Vael is located in the Final Selection woods.
His quest involves defeating Lesser Demons.
You’ll encounter him while progressing through the trial objectives.
Klien
Klien can be found around the trial cliffside.
His quest involves retrieving his katana and treating his wounds.
You’ll need to pay attention to the objective because his exact position can be easy to miss while moving through the trial.
Rika
Rika’s exact location is currently TBA.
She sells the Bandages required for Klien’s objective, so you’ll need to find her while completing that part of Final Selection.
Mizuto
Mizuto is found around the pond section.
His objectives involve an underwater key and dungeon-related tasks.
If you reach the pond and can’t find the NPC immediately, check the surrounding and underwater areas.
Lavato
Lavato is located in the mountain section of Final Selection.
His objective involves a timed checkpoint run, so make sure you’re ready to move quickly once you start it.
Levi
Levi appears after the checkpoint route.
His objective involves rescuing civilians.
Follow the active quest marker to find him after completing the previous section.
Steve
Steve appears during the final stage of Final Selection.
He starts the Hand Demon encounter, which is one of the final parts of the trial.
How to Find Your Next Quest NPC
If you ever reach the point where you’re completely lost and have no idea what quest you should be doing next, there’s an item that can help.
Complete the Recover the Lost Pages quest in Windy Peak to obtain the Book of Guidance.
The Book of Guidance points you toward your next recommended quest and helps you find the NPC you need.
I highly recommend getting this item early because it can save you from wandering around the map trying to remember where the game wants you to go next.
What to Do if an NPC Is Missing in Slayers 2
If you’ve reached the supposed location but the NPC isn’t there, don’t immediately assume the guide is wrong.
First, check the height of the area. Some trainers are on rooftops, cliffs, platforms, or other elevated locations.
You should also check whether the NPC is located behind an ability-gated route. In particular, Wall Climb is required to reach several trainers.
If you’re looking for a quest NPC, check your active objective and make sure you’ve completed the previous quest or turned it in correctly.
And if everything looks correct but the NPC still isn’t appearing, try rejoining the game. Sometimes an area may not load properly.
For Final Selection specifically, also check whether the trial is currently open and whether you’ve met its requirements.

Final Thoughts
That’s pretty much everything you need for the currently known Slayers 2 trainer and NPC locations.
The biggest thing to remember is that several trainers aren’t standing directly on the ground waiting for you. Some are on rooftops, cliffs, snowy platforms, or behind underwater routes, so check the surrounding terrain if you can’t immediately spot them.
I’ll keep this guide updated as more NPC locations, requirements, and exact directions become available in Slayers 2. So if you’re planning to unlock multiple Breathing Styles or work your way through Final Selection, it’s worth keeping this page bookmarked.
