Accessories are pretty important in Soulrift because they are not just there to make your character look different. A lot of them can actually give you useful stats, passive effects, or even completely new abilities.
In this guide, we are going to go through all the accessories currently available in Soulrift, including the ones you can buy with Souls and the special accessories you can get from bosses.
I’ll also explain what each accessory does and which ones I think are worth looking at, so you can have a better idea of what to use for your own build.
Soulrift Accessories Guide – Effect, Drop Rate, Cost
You can eventually equip five accessories in Soulrift, but you won’t have all five slots unlocked when you first start playing.
The extra slots are unlocked as you level up:
- Level 10
- Level 20
- Level 40
- Level 75
So if you want to make a proper accessory build, you’ll need to keep leveling until you unlock all five slots.
This is especially useful later on because you can mix different effects together. For example, you could use one accessory for damage, another for cooldown reduction, and another for movement or defense.
How to Get Accessories in Soulrift
There are currently two main ways you can get accessories.
The first one is pretty simple: buy them from the NPC in the lobby using Souls.
The second method is by defeating bosses. Certain bosses have their own accessories that can drop after you defeat them.
Boss accessories are generally more interesting because they can have special effects that you won’t get from the normal shop accessories.
Also, if you’re farming boss drops, Hard Mode has better drop rates than Easy Mode for the accessories listed below.
Katan Accessories
Magic Mirror
Boss: Katan
Effect: Faster dash cooldown
Easy Drop Rate: 50%
Hard Drop Rate: 100%
Magic Mirror is the accessory you can get from Katan.
The effect is simple: your dash comes back faster. This can be pretty useful because movement is important in Soulrift, especially when you’re trying to avoid boss attacks.
The Hard Mode drop rate is also listed at 100%, so this is one of the easier boss accessories to farm if that rate remains unchanged.
Lazereth Accessories
Lazereth has two accessories, with one being focused on defense and the other on critical hits.
Body Armor
Boss: Lazereth
Effect: +12% Damage Reduction
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Body Armor is a straightforward defensive accessory.
The 12% damage reduction can be useful if you’re still learning boss mechanics or simply want to make your character a little harder to kill.
If you find yourself taking too much damage during fights, this is an accessory worth considering.
Laser Eye
Boss: Lazereth
Effect: +12% Critical Hit Chance
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Laser Eye goes in the opposite direction and focuses on damage.
The extra 12% critical hit chance makes it a good option for damage builds, especially if your character already benefits from critical hits.
If you’re trying to push your damage higher, I’d take this over Body Armor.
Sunix Accessories
Sunix has two accessories, and one of them comes with a pretty serious trade-off.
Prosthetic Arm
Boss: Sunix
Effect: -50% Max HP, +30% Damage
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
This is definitely one of the more interesting accessories in the game.
You lose half of your maximum HP, but in exchange you get a huge 30% damage increase.
I wouldn’t recommend this for someone who is still learning the game. If you’re already good at dodging and can avoid taking damage, though, the extra damage can be very strong.
Basically, you’re trading survivability for damage.
Corrupted Emblem
Boss: Sunix
Effect: +12% Attack Speed
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Corrupted Emblem is a much safer option than Prosthetic Arm.
You get 12% attack speed without sacrificing any health, so it’s a nice choice if you want more damage without making your character extremely fragile.
Characters that already attack quickly can get even more value from this.
Acidux Accessories
Acidux has two accessories that are focused around passive damage and protection from damage-over-time effects.
Radiator
Boss: Acidux
Effect: Deals passive damage to nearby bosses
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Radiator is made for players who like staying close to bosses.
While you’re nearby, the accessory can deal passive damage to the boss. So you don’t have to rely entirely on your normal attacks to keep dealing damage.
This could be particularly useful on melee characters.
R Factors
Boss: Acidux
Effect: Reduces damage taken from damage-over-time effects such as Burn and Poison
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
R Factors is more of a defensive accessory.
It helps reduce damage from effects such as Burn and Poison, so I’d keep this in mind when you’re fighting enemies that constantly apply damage-over-time debuffs.
It may not be the accessory you use all the time, but against the right boss it can be very useful.
Cryogen Accessories
Cryogen has two accessories, and both of them give you some interesting utility.
Minigen
Boss: Cryogen
Effect: Summons a mini spawner that fires icicles at nearby targets
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Minigen gives you an extra source of damage.
It summons a small spawner that shoots icicles at nearby enemies, so you basically get another attack working alongside your normal abilities.
This is a nice choice if you want more passive damage during a fight.
Shock Slower
Boss: Cryogen
Effect: Damage immunity frames last 3x longer
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Shock Slower is all about surviving attacks.
After you’re hit, your damage immunity period lasts much longer. That can help prevent you from getting hit repeatedly by attacks that come one after another.
If you’re struggling with bosses that have fast combos, this accessory could be worth trying.
Stormwalk Accessories
Stormwalk has two accessories that change how your movement and critical hits work.
Lightning Necklace
Boss: Stormwalk
Effect: Dashes become teleports
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Lightning Necklace changes your normal dashes into teleports.
That sounds pretty useful for mobility, especially when you need to quickly get out of a boss attack or move across the arena.
If you like fast movement and repositioning, this is definitely an accessory I’d want to test.
Cloud Banner
Boss: Stormwalk
Effect: -4% Critical Hit Chance, +30% Critical Damage
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Cloud Banner is another high-risk, high-reward accessory.
You lose 4% critical chance, but gain a massive 30% critical damage increase.
I’d mainly use this if your build already has a good critical-hit chance. Otherwise, losing crit chance could make the bonus less consistent.
Mirage Accessories
Mirage has one basic defensive accessory and another that gives you a temporary immunity ability.
Fedora
Boss: Mirage
Effect: +3 Armor
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Fedora is pretty simple.
You get 3 extra Armor, giving you a little more protection during fights.
There’s nothing complicated about this one, so it’s mainly useful if you just want some additional defense.
Bandana
Boss: Mirage
Effect: Become immune to all attacks for 5 seconds
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Keybind: F
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Bandana is much more interesting.
When you activate it with F, you become completely immune to attacks for 5 seconds.
The downside is the 60-second cooldown, so you need to save it for an important moment.
I can see this being extremely useful for surviving a boss’s strongest attack instead of trying to dodge everything manually.
Ardale Accessories
Ardale’s accessories are focused around fire and healing.
Flame Gauntlet
Boss: Ardale
Effect: Every attack has a 33% chance to apply Burn
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Flame Gauntlet gives your attacks a 33% chance to apply Burn.
This can become especially useful on characters with fast attacks because you get more opportunities to trigger the effect.
If you like damage-over-time builds, this is definitely one to keep an eye on.
Bandages
Boss: Ardale
Effect: Health regeneration
Easy Drop Rate: 25%
Hard Drop Rate: 50%
Bandages give you health regeneration, which is always useful during longer fights.
This can help you stay alive for longer and take some pressure off your team’s healer.
It’s a simple accessory, but the extra sustain can make a difference.
Nebula Accessories
Nebula currently has three accessories, and they all do something pretty different.
Centerpiece
Boss: Nebula
Effect: +4% Damage, Damage Reduction, Attack Speed, and Critical Hit Chance
Easy Drop Rate: 20%
Hard Drop Rate: 40%
Centerpiece is probably one of the easiest accessories to recommend because it gives you a little bit of everything.
You get:
- +4% Damage
- +4% Damage Reduction
- +4% Attack Speed
- +4% Critical Hit Chance
Instead of specializing in one stat, Centerpiece gives your entire build a small boost.
That’s why I think it can work on a lot of different characters.
Spacetime
Boss: Nebula
Effect: Teleport up to 200 studs
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Easy Drop Rate: 20%
Hard Drop Rate: 40%
Spacetime gives you a teleport that can travel up to 200 studs.
With a 15-second cooldown, this can be really useful for quickly escaping attacks or getting across a large boss arena.
If movement is a big part of your playstyle, I’d definitely try this accessory.
Supernova
Boss: Nebula
Effect: Explodes when dying or triggering Last Stand, dealing 300 damage
Easy Drop Rate: 20%
Hard Drop Rate: 40%
Supernova is a bit of a weird one, but I actually like the idea.
When you die or trigger Last Stand, the accessory explodes and deals 300 damage.
So even when the fight goes badly for you, you can still get some extra damage out of the situation.
Seraphim Accessories
Seraphim currently has three accessories focused mostly on movement and ability cooldowns.
Timekeeper’s Sword
Boss: Seraphim
Effect: +12% Movement Speed
Easy Drop Rate: 20%
Hard Drop Rate: 40%
Timekeeper’s Sword increases your movement speed by 12%.
This is useful for characters that rely on constantly moving around the boss arena.
Faster movement can also make certain attacks easier to avoid.
Angel Wings
Boss: Seraphim
Effect: Dashes become longer
Easy Drop Rate: 20%
Hard Drop Rate: 40%
Angel Wings increases the distance of your dashes.
If you use dashes constantly to avoid attacks, this can make your movement feel much better and give you more distance whenever you need to escape.
Divine Crown
Boss: Seraphim
Effect: -20% Cooldown
Easy Drop Rate: 20%
Hard Drop Rate: 40%
Divine Crown is one of the accessories I’d definitely keep an eye on.
A 20% cooldown reduction means your abilities can come back much faster.
This is especially useful for characters that depend heavily on their skills for damage or utility.
Shop Accessories
You don’t have to fight bosses for every accessory in Soulrift.
There are also several accessories that you can purchase directly from the Shop using Souls.
Badge Of Vanguard
Effect: +10% Melee Damage
Cost: 300 Souls
This one is made for melee characters.
If most of your damage comes from close-range attacks, the extra 10% melee damage is a simple and useful boost.
Badge Of Deadeye
Effect: +10% Ranged Damage
Cost: 300 Souls
Badge Of Deadeye is basically the ranged version.
You get 10% more ranged damage, making it a good early choice for characters that attack from a distance.
Badge Of Empathy
Effect: +10% Support Effects when playing a support character
Cost: 300 Souls
If you’re using a support character, Badge Of Empathy can improve your support effects by 10%.
This is one I’d mainly save for support-focused builds.
Metal Helm
Effect: +10 Max Health
Cost: 750 Souls
Metal Helm gives you 10 extra maximum health.
It’s a simple defensive boost and can be useful early on when you’re still building up your character.
Gift Card
Effect: +15 Soul Gain
Cost: 1,500 Souls
Gift Card increases your Soul gain by 15.
If you’re farming Souls for characters or other items, this could be a useful accessory to have equipped while grinding.
Chronicle
Effect: +15 EXP Gain
Cost: 1,500 Souls
Chronicle increases your EXP gain by 15%.
This is another progression-focused accessory rather than something that’s purely designed for combat.
If you’re trying to level quickly and unlock more slots, Chronicle can help with that.
Accessory Of Doom And Despair
Effect: Max HP becomes 1 and Last Stand is disabled
Cost: 1 Soul
This accessory is definitely not something I’d recommend for a normal build.
It sets your maximum HP to 1 and disables Last Stand.
The price is only 1 Soul, but you’re obviously paying for it with your ability to survive basically anything.
It’s much more of a challenge accessory than a serious build option.
Best Soulrift Accessories
There isn’t one accessory that is automatically the best for every character. It really depends on what you’re building.
That said, there are a few that stand out to me.
Divine Crown is great if you rely heavily on abilities because the cooldown reduction can give you much more skill uptime.
Centerpiece is another safe choice because it boosts several different stats instead of forcing you into one specific build.
If you want raw damage and don’t mind losing HP, Prosthetic Arm can be extremely strong. Just remember that cutting your maximum HP in half is a pretty serious downside.
For survivability, Bandana is interesting because the five seconds of complete immunity can save you from a dangerous attack.
For farming, I’d look at Gift Card for Souls or Chronicle for EXP.
Which Accessories Should You Use?
I’d recommend choosing your accessories around the character you’re actually playing.
For a melee DPS character, something like Badge Of Vanguard, Corrupted Emblem, or Prosthetic Arm can make sense.
For ranged damage, Badge Of Deadeye and Laser Eye are worth considering.
If you’re playing support, Badge Of Empathy is an obvious option, while defensive accessories can help you stay alive long enough to keep supporting the team.
And if you’re struggling with boss mechanics, don’t be afraid to sacrifice some damage for survivability. Accessories like Body Armor, Bandages, or Bandana can make a difficult fight much more manageable.
Final Thoughts
That’s everything we currently know about the Soulrift accessories.
There are a lot of different effects here, and I think the accessory system is one of the more interesting parts of the game because you aren’t forced to use the same setup on every character.
You can build around damage, defense, movement, cooldowns, farming, or even some of the more unusual effects like Bandana’s temporary immunity.
You also have five accessory slots once you’ve reached the required levels, so you can eventually combine several effects together and make a build that fits your playstyle.
Since Soulrift is still receiving updates, some effects and drop rates could change later. So if a new boss or accessory gets added, I’ll update the guide with the new information.
