Fortune Mill may look like a simple idle clicker at first, but if you’re chasing 100% completion, you’ll quickly discover that a few achievements can test your patience far more than the bosses themselves. As of June 2026, the game contains 51 achievements, with 50 obtainable during a normal playthrough and the final one locked behind New Game+.
The good news is that most achievements are tied to progression and upgrades. The bad news? A handful are completely at the mercy of RNG, and some players have reportedly spent over 15 hours waiting for specific luck-based achievements to appear.
This guide covers every achievement category, the fastest unlock methods, and a few things the game doesn’t explain very well.
Fortune Mill How to Get All 51 Achievements
If you’re aiming for all achievements, I highly recommend not rushing to finish the game immediately.
Almost everything can be completed before the final ending, and cleaning up achievements before entering New Game+ will save you a lot of time later.
A few achievements also don’t unlock instantly. In some cases, you’ll need to enter the next room or fully complete the run before Steam registers them.
Bullseye & Super Bullseye Achievements
Location: Room 1 (Dart Room)
These are some of the easiest achievements in the game.
Simply keep upgrading the Bullseye-related skill from the shop. Every upgrade level unlocks another achievement in the Bullseye chain.
You don’t need any special strategy here.
Just continue investing currency into the upgrade whenever possible and the achievements will unlock naturally.
Quick Tip
Don’t ignore these upgrades early. They’re effectively free achievements and help your progression at the same time.
Bottle Achievement Guide
Location: Room 1
The bottle secret catches surprisingly few players during their first run.
Instead of aiming directly at the dartboard, throw darts as high as possible toward the upper section of the room.
Eventually you’ll hit a hidden bottle.
Break it multiple times to unlock every related achievement.
What Makes This Easy to Miss?
Most players naturally focus on the dartboard and never experiment with higher throws. Fortunately, once you know the bottle exists, this achievement only takes a few minutes.
HIRED Achievement Guide
Mercenaries and allies play a major role in achievement progression.
Each room contains two recruitable allies that can be unlocked through specific shop upgrades.
To complete all HIRED achievements:
- Buy both allies in Room 1
- Buy both allies in Room 2
- Buy both allies in Room 3
- Buy both allies in Room 4
- Buy both allies in Room 5
That’s a total of 10 ally purchases throughout a complete run.
Missing even one means you’ll have to revisit that room later.
Bribed Achievement Guide
This achievement is tied directly to the game’s core progression loop.
At the end of every room, you’ll find a special bribe purchase costing:
1,000,000 currency
You must purchase the bribe in all five rooms.
That means spending a total of:
5,000,000 currency across the run
Important Warning
The final bribe often confuses players.
Buying the fifth bribe does not immediately unlock the achievement.
Instead:
- Purchase the final bribe.
- Click Continue.
- Finish the game.
Only after completing the run will the achievement register.
Boss Slain Achievement
Location: Room 1
This one is straightforward.
Purchase the boss summon upgrade from the shop.
Once unlocked:
- Summon the boss.
- Defeat him.
The achievement unlocks immediately after the kill.
Most players obtain this naturally while farming Room 1 upgrades.
Jackpot Achievement Guide
Location: Room 2 (Lottery Room)
This is where Fortune Mill starts introducing RNG-heavy achievements.
To complete the Jackpot set, you must obtain JACKPOT results from all five lottery machines.
Important
The Frog ally’s automatic lottery opening ability does NOT count.
You must manually open every lottery yourself.
Requirements
You need:
- Jackpot from Lottery #1
- Jackpot from Lottery #2
- Jackpot from Lottery #3
- Jackpot from Lottery #4
- Jackpot from Lottery #5
That’s five separate jackpot achievements.
Is It Difficult?
Surprisingly, not as bad as it sounds.
Most players complete these long before finishing the later RNG achievements.
Big Time Win Achievement
Location: Room 2
To unlock this achievement, you must earn:
More than 10,000 currency from a single lottery ticket
You’ll usually get this while farming Jackpot achievements.
If not, continue upgrading lottery rewards and purchasing higher-tier tickets.
Eventually you’ll hit a large payout that exceeds the requirement.
Hot Roller Achievement
Location: Room 3
After purchasing the Hot Roller upgrade, you’ll begin seeing PRESS events.
Successfully trigger and complete the Hot Roller mini-game once.
Achievement unlocked.
Cold Roller Achievement
Location: Room 3
Works exactly the same way.
Unlock the mini-game upgrade, trigger the event, and complete the mini-game once.
Green Roller Achievement
Location: Room 3
The final mini-game achievement.
Trigger the Green Roller mini-game and complete it successfully.
Mini-Game Requirements
The PRESS events require reaching specific values:
- 6 presses
- 8 presses
- 10 presses
Each threshold activates a different mini-game.
Complete all three for full achievement progress.
I Had Trips Achievement
Location: Room 3
This is one of the most frustrating achievements because it’s entirely dependent on card drops.
First, recruit the Pirate ally.
Once purchased, playing cards begin appearing during gameplay.
To unlock the achievement, you need:
- Three of a Kind
or
- Any stronger poker hand
Examples include:
- Three Jacks
- Three Tens
- Full House
- Four of a Kind
The Problem
You can’t choose cards.
You can’t influence cards.
You simply wait for RNG to cooperate.
Some players unlock this within minutes.
Others spend hours waiting for the correct combination.
Luck Spin Achievement
Location: Room 4
Welcome to the true final boss of Fortune Mill:
Randomness.
Many players consider this the rarest achievement in the game.
Step 1
Purchase the Baby Kangaroo ally.
This grants roulette spins every 5 minutes.
Step 2
Upgrade the roulette skill tree.
Eventually you’ll gain:
- 2 spins instead of 1
- Faster spin generation
Step 3
Keep spinning.
That’s it.
There’s no hidden trick.
No secret strategy.
No guaranteed method.
Realistically How Long Does It Take?
I’ve seen reports ranging from:
- 10 minutes
- 2 hours
- 5 hours
- 15+ hours
Your experience depends entirely on luck.
Gacha Pull Achievement Guide
Location: Room 5
The final room introduces the Gacha Machine.
Your goal is simple:
- Upgrade the machine.
- Collect tokens.
- Keep pulling until every required rarity appears.
Buy Animation Skip Immediately
One of the best purchases in the entire game is the Gacha animation skip.
Without it, you’ll spend a huge amount of time waiting for pull animations.
With it, grinding becomes dramatically faster.
New Game+ Achievement
After earning 50 achievements, only one remains.
Fortunately, it’s easy.
How To Unlock
- Finish the game.
- Return to the main menu.
- Start New Game+.
- Complete the game again.
Important
You do NOT need:
- Hardcore Mode
- Death Mode
- Any special challenge run
A standard New Game+ completion is enough.
Fastest Achievement Route
If you’re trying to minimize playtime, follow this order:
Room 1
- Upgrade Bullseye skills
- Break bottle multiple times
- Summon and kill boss
- Recruit both allies
- Buy bribe
Room 2
- Farm all 5 Jackpots
- Get a 10,000+ lottery win
- Recruit both allies
- Buy bribe
Room 3
- Unlock all three mini-games
- Recruit Pirate
- Farm Three of a Kind
- Buy bribe
Room 4
- Recruit Baby Kangaroo
- Farm Luck Spin
- Recruit second ally
- Buy bribe
Room 5
- Complete all Gacha achievements
- Buy final bribe
- Finish the game
New Game+
- Complete one NG+ run
- Unlock achievement #51
Getting all 51 achievements in Fortune Mill is surprisingly manageable compared to many idle games. Around 95% of the achievement list is progression-based, meaning you’ll unlock most of them simply by exploring every room and purchasing every major upgrade.
The only achievements likely to slow you down are:
- Jackpot
- I Had Trips
- Luck Spin
Everything else can be completed in a single playthrough with proper planning.
If fortune smiles upon you, a full completion can take just a few evenings. If the RNG gods decide otherwise, you may end up staring at lottery tickets and roulette wheels far longer than you ever expected.
