While it’s possible to farm ET”s (eternities) at any point in time, it really starts popping off around DTP 13.
When you have 13 point to invest, make sure you finish Achievement 140 by a simple:

M-1-1-1-1
B-1-1-1-1
Following this, assuming you have achievement 29 (which… you really should have…) you should get 3 million ET’s per second.
use the following simple build:

M-1-5-1-5
You can check M2 to see your ET income, it should be 3,046,350 Σ / sec.
If your ET income is not 3 million make sure you check out the following:
-achievement 29 completed?
-did I put 5 points into M4?
-is my fastest eternity 0.01 seconds (according to statistics tab)?
if any of these do not line up, make sure to try and get them fixed.
FAQ
Does this work using TF/OF/TW?
Yes, this way of farming ET’s is based on seconds, not on automation (which generally doesn’t work well in Time warp etc.)
Seconds are easy to calculate, although it might be off by a few, it should still give the correct values.
When do I stop farming for ET’s?
There is debate to be had over here.
People claim 20 Billion ET’s (2e10, 20e9) is enough to reach DTP 40. (Also will give you achievement 141)
Personally I think there is value in doing a whole 24 hour run, putting you in the 200 billion range. However I personally used 24 hours of TF to rush this (1440 minutes) and I have since decided this might be better left to the whales or those who have saved up TF.
I have hit DTP 40/41 and want to farm ET’s again, how do I go about this?
While I don’t want to tell you what to do, do note that at this stage in the game the main time spend will be in Score runs.
Score runs are often mistaken as SN runs but the matter of the fact is… you won’t be reaching SN on every long run and will spend A LOT of time just waiting on AP.
For this reason, starting on DTP 41 you can go full in into score+ET farming.
