Solarpunk Trading Guide – TradeBot Trade Order and Rewards

One of the easiest mistakes to make in Solarpunk is treating the TradeBot as something you can come back to later. At first, the trades seem simple enough, but before long you’ll realize that several important blueprints and airship upgrades are locked behind specific trading milestones.

The game doesn’t really tell you what comes next either. You’ll finish a trade, get your reward, and then suddenly a completely different request appears. If you’re trying to prepare materials ahead of time, that can become frustrating very quickly.

To save yourself multiple trips back and forth between farms, workshops, and storage chests, it’s worth knowing the full trade sequence in advance. This allows you to stockpile resources early and unlock important blueprints and airship upgrades much faster.

Below is the currently known TradeBot progression order in Solarpunk.

Solarpunk Trading Guide – TradeBot Trade Order and Rewards

The TradeBot offers trades in a fixed progression sequence. Completing one trade unlocks the next available request.

Rewards generally fall into two categories:

  • Blueprint unlocks
  • Airship upgrades

Blueprints expand your crafting options, while Airship Upgrades are essential for progressing further into the game and reaching new areas.

Because of this, Airship Upgrade trades should always be considered your highest priority.

Complete Solarpunk Trade Order

Trade Tier 1

Required Item Amount Reward
Watermelon 4 Sprinkler Set
Cotton 12 Blueprint
Beeswax 20 Blueprint
Watermelon 10 Blueprint

The very first trade is one of the most useful early-game rewards you’ll receive.

The Sprinkler Set helps automate crop production much earlier than many players expect, making future farming considerably easier.

Trade Tier 2

Required Item Amount Reward
Copper 32 Airship Upgrade
Silicon 5 Blueprint
Wheat 10 Blueprint
Cloth 20 Blueprint
Bread 10 Blueprint

The Copper trade is the major objective here.

Since it unlocks an Airship Upgrade, you should start collecting Copper whenever possible rather than selling or using it unnecessarily.

Trade Tier 3

Required Item Amount Reward
Egg 6 Airship Upgrade
Carrot 20 Blueprint
Sunflower 20 Blueprint
Cobalt 20 Blueprint
Glass 32 Blueprint
Raspberry Muffin 2 Blueprint

This stage begins introducing more processed goods.

Instead of simply gathering resources, you’ll need to establish production chains for items like Glass and Raspberry Muffins.

Trade Tier 4

Required Item Amount Reward
Truffles 10 Airship Upgrade
Tomatoes 12 Blueprint
Brick 30 Blueprint
Corn 20 Blueprint
Berry Cake 3 Blueprint
Sheep Milk 10 Blueprint

The Truffle requirement can catch players off guard if they haven’t invested in livestock and food production systems.

Berry Cakes also require multiple ingredients, so planning ahead becomes increasingly important at this stage.

Trade Tier 5

Required Item Amount Reward
Algae 30 Airship Upgrade
Paprika 20 Blueprint

This is currently the furthest confirmed trade progression available from community testing.

Additional trades may exist later in the game, but they have not yet been fully documented.

All Known Airship Upgrade Requirements

If your primary goal is advancing your airship, you’ll need the following resources:

Resource Amount
Copper 32
Egg 6
Truffles 10
Algae 30

These are the materials worth saving as soon as you discover them.

Nothing feels worse than selling a stack of resources only to discover the next Airship Upgrade requires exactly those items.
