If you’re playing Lordrush for a while, you’ll quickly realize that the Town Center isn’t just another building you upgrade when you have spare resources. It is basically the building that decides how far your city can progress.
Every Town Center upgrade raises your Power, improves your overall Attack and Defense, and unlocks access to more important buildings. The early levels are pretty quick, but once you get into the teens, the costs and construction times start getting serious. By the time you’re pushing toward Town Center 30, you’re looking at hundreds of millions of resources and upgrades that take weeks.
So, before you dump everything into the next level, here’s a complete look at every Town Center upgrade in Lordrush, including the resources required, construction time, Power gained, requirements, and major unlocks.
Lordrush Town Center Upgrade Guide – Cost, Requirements
The Town Center is one of the most important buildings in your city. Upgrading it gives you a direct increase to your Power while also allowing your settlement to access higher-level buildings.
More importantly, Town Center upgrades act as progression gates. You’ll often find that an Embassy, troop camp, Academy, Command Center, or another important building needs to reach a certain level before you can upgrade the Town Center again.
That means you shouldn’t think of the Town Center as a building you can level independently. Your whole city needs to grow around it.
The maximum Town Center level is 30.

Town Center Levels 1–5
The first five upgrades are extremely cheap compared with what comes later, so you shouldn’t spend too much time worrying about resource efficiency here.
Town Center 2 costs just 180 Wood and takes 6 seconds. It also unlocks the Sawmill.
At Town Center 3, you’ll need 805 Wood and about a minute. This stage starts opening up more of the city’s basic infrastructure, including Houses, the Quarry, and the Clinic.
Town Center 4 requires 1,800 Wood and 360 Stone and takes 3 minutes. You’ll also need to have the Quarry at level 3. This is where the game begins asking you to keep your supporting buildings upgraded rather than focusing exclusively on the Town Center.
Town Center 5 costs 7,600 Wood and 1,500 Stone, with a 10-minute construction time. The Hero Hall becomes part of your progression here, alongside additional House levels, the Iron Mine, and the Court of Justice.
Town Center Levels 6–10
This is where the resource requirements begin climbing noticeably.
Town Center 6 requires 19,000 Wood, 3,800 Stone, and 960 Iron and takes 30 minutes. You’ll need the Iron Mine at level 5, while the upgrade also opens the Infantry Camp, Watchtower, and Guard Station.
Town Center 7 costs 69,000 Wood, 13,000 Stone, and 3,400 Iron. The construction time increases to an hour.
At Town Center 8, you’re spending 120,000 Wood, 25,000 Stone, and 6,300 Iron, with a 2-hour-30-minute build time. The Infantry Camp needs to be level 7, and you’ll gain access to buildings such as the Embassy and Arena.
Town Center 9 jumps to 260,000 Wood, 52,000 Stone, and 13,000 Iron and takes 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Then comes Town Center 10. You’ll need 460,000 Wood, 92,000 Stone, and 23,000 Iron, and the upgrade takes 6 hours. The Archer Camp and Academy become important requirements at this point, while Houses and the Command Center also enter your progression.
The good news is that these upgrades still finish relatively quickly compared with the later levels.
Town Center Levels 11–15
Town Center 11 is a major turning point.
For the first time, Bread becomes part of the Town Center cost. The upgrade requires:
- 1,300,000 Bread
- 1,300,000 Wood
- 260,000 Stone
- 65,000 Iron
- 7 hours 30 minutes
The Power value also reaches 92,700.
You’ll need the Embassy at level 10 and Lancer Camp at level 10, with the Enlistment Office also becoming available.
Town Center 12 increases the requirement to 1.6 million Bread and 1.6 million Wood, along with 330,000 Stone and 84,000 Iron. The build takes 9 hours.
Town Center 13 needs 2.3 million Bread and 2.3 million Wood, plus 470,000 Stone and 110,000 Iron. Construction takes 11 hours.
Town Center 14 raises those numbers again to 3.1 million Bread and 3.1 million Wood, with 630,000 Stone and 150,000 Iron. The timer is now 14 hours.
Town Center 15 requires 4.6 million Bread, 4.6 million Wood, 930,000 Stone, and 230,000 Iron. It takes 18 hours and gives you 195,800 Power.
This is a good point to start planning upgrades ahead of time. You don’t want to finish one Town Center level and then realize you’re nowhere close to having the resources for the next one.
Town Center Levels 16–20
This is where Lordrush starts becoming a long-term progression game.
Town Center 16 costs:
- 5.9 million Bread
- 5.9 million Wood
- 1.1 million Stone
- 290,000 Iron
The construction time is 1 day, 6 hours, 28 minutes.
The next few levels become increasingly demanding. Town Center 17 requires 9.3 million Bread and 9.3 million Wood, along with 1.8 million Stone and 460,000 Iron. The timer reaches 1 day, 12 hours, 34 minutes.
Town Center 18 costs 12 million Bread and 12 million Wood, plus 2.5 million Stone and 620,000 Iron. You’ll be waiting 1 day, 19 hours, 53 minutes for it to finish.
At Town Center 19, the requirement becomes 15 million Bread and 15 million Wood, with 3.1 million Stone and 780,000 Iron. The construction time jumps to 2 days, 17 hours, 50 minutes.
Town Center 20 costs 21 million Bread and 21 million Wood, plus 4.3 million Stone and 1 million Iron. It takes 3 days, 10 hours, 18 minutes.
By this point, your resource production matters just as much as the Town Center itself. Keeping your economy buildings behind will make every future upgrade feel painfully slow.
Town Center Levels 21–25
Once you’re past Town Center 20, upgrades become a serious resource commitment.
Town Center 21 costs 27 million Bread and 27 million Wood, plus 5.4 million Stone and 1.3 million Iron. It takes 4 days, 10 hours, 59 minutes.
Town Center 22 requires:
- 36 million Bread
- 36 million Wood
- 7.2 million Stone
- 1.8 million Iron
The construction timer is 6 days, 16 hours, 29 minutes.
Town Center 23 costs 44 million Bread and 44 million Wood, along with 8.9 million Stone and 2.2 million Iron. You’re looking at 9 days, 8 hours, 40 minutes of construction.
Town Center 24 increases the bill to 60 million Bread, 60 million Wood, 12 million Stone, and 3 million Iron. The build time is 13 days, 2 hours, 33 minutes.
Then there’s Town Center 25.
You’ll need 81 million Bread and 81 million Wood, plus 16 million Stone and 4 million Iron. The construction itself takes 18 days, 8 hours, 22 minutes.
At this stage, I would definitely avoid starting an upgrade without already having a plan for the next one. Waiting nearly three weeks for a Town Center upgrade only to be blocked by missing resources afterward can really slow your progress.
Town Center Levels 26–30
The final five levels are where the Town Center costs get huge.
Town Center 26 requires 100 million Bread, 100 million Wood, 21 million Stone, and 5.2 million Iron.
The build time is 21 days, 2 hours, 26 minutes, and the resulting Power is 960,100.
Town Center 27 goes up to 140 million Bread and 140 million Wood, plus 29 million Stone and 7.4 million Iron. It takes 25 days, 7 hours, 43 minutes.
Town Center 28 requires 190 million Bread and 190 million Wood, 39 million Stone, and 9.9 million Iron. The construction time reaches 29 days, 2 hours, 52 minutes.
Town Center 29 is even more expensive:
- 240 million Bread
- 240 million Wood
- 49 million Stone
- 12 million Iron
- 33 days, 11 hours, 42 minutes
Finally, Town Center 30 asks for a massive 300 million Bread and 300 million Wood, alongside 60 million Stone and 15 million Iron.
And yes, the final upgrade takes 40 days, 4 hours, 27 minutes.
Once Town Center 30 is complete, your Power reaches 1,523,500.
What Buildings Do I Need for Town Center Upgrades?
One thing that can catch newer players off guard is that Town Center upgrades aren’t only about resources.
Several levels require specific buildings to reach certain levels first. Some of the important progression gates include:
- Sawmill for early Town Center progression
- Quarry for early upgrades
- Iron Mine from the mid-game onward
- Hero Hall
- Embassy
- Infantry Camp
- Archer Camp
- Lancer Camp
- Academy
- Command Center
The Embassy becomes particularly important later. From Town Center 11 onward, Embassy requirements continue climbing alongside the Town Center.
The same pattern appears with the three troop camps. You’ll regularly need the Infantry Camp, Archer Camp, or Lancer Camp at a specific level before the next Town Center upgrade becomes available.
How to Prepare for the Next Town Center Upgrade
The easiest way to make Town Center progression smoother is to stop treating the next upgrade as a surprise.
If your current Town Center is already upgrading, use that time to build up the resources you’ll need afterward. There’s no reason to wait until the timer hits zero before starting to prepare.
Your resource production buildings deserve attention too. Bread and Wood become especially important once you reach Town Center 11, and their requirements become enormous later.
I’d also keep an eye on the supporting building requirements. If your next Town Center upgrade needs an Embassy or troop camp at a higher level, upgrade that building before you reach the point where the Town Center is ready.
That way, you aren’t sitting around with a finished Town Center and nothing you can actually upgrade.
Should You Rush the Town Center?
Generally, you want to progress the Town Center steadily rather than blindly rushing it.
Higher Town Center levels give you more Power and access to better buildings, so there is definitely a reason to push forward. However, the resource costs become so large that neglecting your economy can leave you struggling to recover.
A good approach is to keep your resource production and military buildings reasonably close to the Town Center requirements. You don’t necessarily need every building maxed out, but you don’t want your economy to be several levels behind either.
For newer players, the early Town Center levels are worth pushing fairly aggressively because the timers are short and the costs are manageable.
For the later levels, planning becomes much more important.
Town Center 30: The Final Upgrade
Town Center 30 is currently the maximum level listed for the building, and reaching it is a serious long-term achievement.
The final upgrade alone requires:
300,000,000 Bread + 300,000,000 Wood + 60,000,000 Stone + 15,000,000 Iron
You’ll also need to wait 40 days, 4 hours, and 27 minutes for construction to finish.
The reward is 1,523,500 Power.
So if you’re working toward Town Center 30, don’t look at it as one giant upgrade. Break the journey into smaller targets. Get your production buildings ready, keep the required military buildings moving, stockpile resources whenever possible, and make sure your construction queue is being used efficiently.
The final levels are a marathon, not something you’ll knock out in a weekend.
