Steps to Unlock Ending C
Obtain the Briefcase
- The briefcase contains secret information crucial to saving Dr. Kalo.
- You can find it in the Research Facility Area after defeating the Gart boss in the Townside Area.
Meet Dr. Kalo
- After acquiring the briefcase, find Dr. Kalo in the SE Area.
- Initiate a conversation with him.
- Before leaving the room, offer him the briefcase.
- If you leave before giving him the briefcase, he will disappear, locking you out of the C and D endings.
Proceed to the Final Boss
- After handing over the briefcase, continue playing until you reach the final boss.
- Without taking any additional steps, defeat the final boss.
Ending C Explanation
- Dr. Kalo will be captured because the secret escape door wasn’t opened.
- This results in Ending C.
Seps to Unlock Ending D
Follow Steps 1-3 from Ending C
Obtain the briefcase.
- Meet Dr. Kalo and hand him the briefcase before leaving.
- Proceed toward the final boss.
Find the Special Key
- Before facing the final boss, locate a special key in the Jungle Area.
- This key is required to unlock the Secret Gate in the SE Area.
Unlock the Escape Route
- Use the special key to open the Secret Gate in the SE Area.
- This will allow Dr. Kalo to escape safely.
Defeat the Final Boss
With the escape route open, proceed to the final boss fight and defeat it.
Ending D Explanation
Since Dr. Kalo now has an escape route, he successfully flees.
This results in Ending D, where Dr. Kalo is seen working in his new laboratory.
There is another True Ending (E Ending) that requires a special tool called the Power Drill. This item unlocks additional content and leads to the ultimate good ending.
