Endacopia All Endings Guide – Unlock Secret Ending A, B, C

Endacopia has three different endings, but unlike many story-driven games, unlocking them isn’t about collecting hidden items throughout the entire game or making dozens of dialogue choices. In fact, the first two endings are surprisingly simple, while the third ending asks you to uncover several hidden secrets across every major area.

If you’re trying to see everything the game has to offer without replaying the entire adventure multiple times, this guide will walk you through every ending as efficiently as possible.

Warning: This guide contains major story and gameplay spoilers.

Endacopia All Endings Guide (How to Unlock Endings A, B & Secret Ending C)

If you’ve only finished the game once, don’t immediately begin a completely new playthrough.

Instead, prepare a save file that allows you to revisit every ending without repeating hours of gameplay.

The best approach is to create a nearly completed Chapter I save before finishing the game.

Creating a Backup Save

If you’re planning to unlock every ending, making a backup save will save a tremendous amount of time.

Before finishing Chapter I, progress each major region until you’re just before its boss encounter.

Misery Town

Complete the area’s storyline until you reach the point where you’re asked to tell everyone to leave.

Stop here.

Timesville

Progress until the hidden waterfall route becomes available after watching Ozzie’s tape.

Do not continue beyond this point.

The Office

Continue until you have:

  • The Core Key
  • Maximum Productivity

Once you’ve reached this stage in all three areas, save your game using the Super-Saver.

This save file is essentially a completed Chapter I file that lets you return later without replaying everything.

I honestly recommend doing this even if you’re only interested in Ending A or B. You’ll thank yourself later when going for Ending C.

Backing Up Your Save

After creating your save, exit the game completely.

Copy your Endacopia save folder somewhere safe.

Windows Save Location

C:\Users\<Your Name>\Saved Games\Endacopia\

Steam Deck / SteamOS

~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/2684630/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Saved Games/Endacopia/

If you ever need to restore your progress, simply copy your backup files back into this folder while the game is closed.

Ending A – Escape (Family!)

Ending A is one of the two main endings.

If you’ve already completed Ending B, this is the next one you’ll want to unlock.

How to Unlock Ending A

During the Chapter II Epilogue, you’ll eventually choose between two different saws.

Choose:

  • Toy Saw

After selecting it, give the Toy Saw to Roger.

This single decision completely changes the Chapter III epilogue and leads directly to Ending A.

Fortunately, no earlier choices affect this ending.

Ending B – Return (Family?)

Ending B works almost identically to Ending A.

How to Unlock Ending B

When reaching the same saw selection during the Chapter II Epilogue, choose:

  • Real Saw

Give the Real Saw to Roger.

This changes the final chapter and rewards you with Ending B.

Again, nothing earlier in the game determines this ending.

Only this choice matters.

Secret Ending C – Stay (Family.)

Ending C is the game’s true ending.

Unlike the first two endings, this one requires much more exploration and several hidden puzzles.

Before attempting it, make sure you’ve already completed both Ending A and Ending B.

If you created a backup save earlier, restore it now.

Doing this lets you continue from your almost-finished Chapter I save instead of replaying the entire adventure.

Misery Town Secret

The first secret takes place in Misery Town.

Hint

Inside the cinema, something has been buried beneath the sand.

Finding it eventually reveals a hidden map.

Following that map begins the area’s secret event.

Full Solution

Bring your Metal Detector into the cinema.

Search the sandy floor until you uncover a hidden remote.

Use the remote on the movie screen.

A hidden map appears.

Take a picture of the map with your in-game phone so you can reference it later.

Travel to the checkerboard area where you previously found your hands.

Follow the route shown on the map.

Continue progressing until a mysterious figure appears and the sequence ends.

Once that happens, the Misery Town secret has been completed.

Timesville Secret

The second secret revolves around fishing.

Hint

A hidden object buried beneath the sand eventually leads to a challenge involving every time of day.

Completing it unlocks access to another hidden scene.

Full Solution

Use your Metal Detector to locate a hidden Fishing Paper.

After obtaining it, catch:

  • Three unique fish
  • During every available time of day

This means collecting a total of 18 different fish.

After completing the collection, you’ll receive a key.

Take the key to the small shack used during the shared-room puzzle.

Switch the game into Windowed Mode.

Continue progressing until you witness a hidden angel event.

Once that scene finishes, the Timesville secret is complete.

The Office Secret

The final secret is easily the most complicated.

It combines exploration, hidden interactions, Morse code, and several puzzles.

Hint

Sometimes looking toward the sky reveals more than stars.

A hidden message eventually leads to a phone call, which then points you toward a strange location beneath a staircase.

Full Solution

Bring the Telescope.

If you never picked it up earlier, you can still retrieve it near the shack.

Travel to the entrance of The Office where the sleeping creature holding the wrench is located.

Place the Telescope.

Doing so reveals a hidden phone number.

Next:

  1. Open the Jobs app on your computer.
  2. Call the phone number.
  3. Listen to the Morse code message.

The message instructs you to stand underneath the staircase near the vending machine for one minute.

After waiting, a series of puzzles begins.

Office Puzzle Tips

Several puzzles use unusual symbol transformations.

The game expects you to notice patterns rather than brute-force answers.

Some of the puzzle mechanics include:

  • Converting dollar signs into other symbols.
  • Replacing asterisks with directional arrows.
  • Swapping symbols after specific conditions.
  • Rotating your screen to reveal hidden clues.
  • Paying attention to visual details rather than only the written instructions.

These puzzles are intentionally cryptic, so don’t be discouraged if they take several attempts.

They’re designed to feel like genuine mysteries.

After Completing All Three Secrets

Once you’ve finished:

  • Misery Town
  • Timesville
  • The Office

return to each area and complete their boss encounters normally.

You can defeat them through combat or complete them using the pacifist route.

Continue through Chapters II and III as usual.

Interestingly, the saw choice from the earlier endings no longer matters.

Reaching the True Ending

Eventually you’ll arrive during the Chapter III Epilogue.

At one point the game directs you toward a door.

Ignore it.

Instead of continuing forward, return to Mellow’s Room.

If you’ve completed every secret correctly, something inside the room will be different.

If nothing has changed, one of the required secrets wasn’t completed successfully.

If you do notice the change, continue forward and enjoy Endacopia’s true ending.

After Ending C

Finishing Ending C unlocks additional post-game interactions.

Reload your completed save after the final confrontation.

You’ll be able to speak with the Surgeon and ask numerous questions about the game’s lore.

Some of the available topics include:

  • Henry
  • The Founder
  • Endacopia itself
  • Misery Town
  • Timesville
  • The Office
  • Your own identity

These conversations expand on the story and answer many mysteries that remain unexplained during the main adventure.

If you enjoy piecing together lore, it’s absolutely worth taking the time to ask every available question.

Ending Summary

Ending Requirement
Ending A – Escape (Family!) Choose the Toy Saw during the Chapter II Epilogue and give it to Roger.
Ending B – Return (Family?) Choose the Real Saw during the Chapter II Epilogue and give it to Roger.
Ending C – Stay (Family.) Complete both main endings, uncover the hidden secrets in Misery Town, Timesville, and The Office, then revisit Mellow’s Room during the Chapter III Epilogue instead of proceeding through the final door.

One thing I really appreciate about Endacopia’s ending structure is that it respects your time—as long as you prepare for it. The first two endings are tied to a single late-game decision, so there’s no need to stress about making the “wrong” choices throughout your playthrough. The real challenge begins with Ending C, where the game shifts from straightforward storytelling to clever exploration and environmental puzzles. If you’re aiming for 100% completion, take a few extra minutes to create that backup save before finishing Chapter I. It turns what could be several hours of replaying into a much smoother experience, leaving you free to focus on uncovering the game’s biggest mysteries rather than repeating content you’ve already seen.
