If you’ve been grinding Voidpet Dungeon, you already know the pain of pulling a “legendary” only to realize it’s basically useless. Not every pet is worth your time or resources, and if you don’t choose carefully, you’ll end up wasting countless hours on deadweight.

That’s why we’ve pulled together this tier list, ranking every pet from absolute trash to god-tier carry material.

Let’s dive in.

Voidpet Dungeon Pet Tier List

D Tier

These pets look okay on paper, but in practice they have no synergy, no real survivability, and almost no value. Think of them as traps for new players.

  • Grumpy & Desperate – Both of these pets fall flat. Their kits sound interesting, but in reality, they don’t bring enough to matter. You’ll find yourself struggling more with them on your team than without.
  • Pain – Easily the worst pet in the game. It’s supposed to be a tank, but it’s too slow to take a turn when it matters, and it has no real survival mechanics. A wasted investment.

Verdict: Stay far, far away. These pets are only here to pad out your collection.

C Tier

These pets technically have a role, but that role almost never comes up.

Disdain – A niche anti-healer. The problem? Almost no bosses heal. Outside of that one job, its damage is pathetic, leaving you with a pet that has no impact in 99% of encounters.

Sloth – One of the most disappointing “legendaries” in the game. Supposed to be a tank, but its kit leans on offense while being so slow that it can’t even use its abilities before getting wiped.

Verdict: They’re better than D tier, but not by much. Skip unless you want to meme.

B Tier

These pets can work in specific teams, but they’ll get replaced quickly by stronger options as you progress.

Ambition – Built around stacking damage, but the ramp-up takes forever and isn’t worth it past floor 1000. Solid stats, but the kit doesn’t leverage them well.

Rejection – A water tank with healing, but so slow that the passive barely keeps it alive. There are simply better tanks in the epic category that outclass it.

Verdict: Okay early on, but they fall off fast.

A Tier

These pets can absolutely carry you for a good chunk of the game, even if they aren’t perfect.

Defiance – A fire DPS with armor pierce. Nice for cutting through defenses, but unreliable because of its coin-flip main attack. Strong, but overshadowed by better fire legendaries.

Mischief – A fantastic wood DPS. Its passive lets it bypass tanks, which is clutch in many fights. Definitely one of the better picks in this tier.

Glattin – A bleed-focused DPS. It shines in long battles but falls off badly past floor 1000 when fights get too punishing.

Scorn – A legendary tank that wants to be offensive, which unfortunately makes it worse than epic tanks designed for pure survival.

S Tier

Here’s where pets start feeling like game-changers.

Pride – A hybrid DPS/healer. Its healing scales with its damage, so you’re rewarded for building it offensively. Reliable and efficient, making it one of the best all-rounders.

Diligence – The multi-hit king. Scales off enemy max HP, meaning it absolutely shreds bosses before floor 1000. Falls off a bit later, but still a top performer.

Wrath – An AoE monster. Every skill hits all enemies, and its S2 has the single highest base output in the entire game. A staple in dungeon clears.

SSS Tier

These pets don’t just fill a role—they redefine the meta.

Jealous – The undisputed best wood DPS. Excels in both AoE and single-target, with fragment scaling that makes it even better in drawn-out fights.

Persistence – The strongest healer in the game, full stop. Its passive heals every single turn, and it even dishes out respectable damage. An essential support for deep floors.

If you’ve got one, you’re set. These pets feel like they’re on a different level entirely.

SSS+

The absolute peak of Voidpet Dungeon. These higher-form pets are so strong they rival entire teams by themselves.

Higher Form Lust – The most flexible DPS in the game. Can clear floors alone with its S3 and melt bosses with its S1. Insanely well-rounded stats and versatility make it the ultimate carry.

Higher Form Greed – Lust’s rival for the throne. A debuffing powerhouse that amplifies your entire team’s damage while dealing devastating burns. Slightly slow, but its offensive kit makes it a must-have.

These two dominate the entire meta. You’ll see them in every top-end team, and for good reason.

Voidpet Dungeon has a massive roster, but only a few stand out as true game-changers. Most pets fall into “okay but replaceable,” while a handful of top-tiers completely warp the meta around them. If you’re lucky enough to snag Higher Form Lust or Greed, congratulations—you’ve basically pulled a one-pet army.

For everyone else, stick with solid A and S tier picks like Mischief, Wrath, and Pride until you can climb higher. Avoid the D and C tier traps unless you enjoy suffering.
