This is a full walkthrough-style guide for getting every achievement in the DLCs for Starfield. It’s still something you’ll naturally complete while playing, but there are a few things you can easily miss if you don’t pay attention.
This guide covers all achievements tied to:
- Terran Armada DLC
- Free Lanes DLC
Some are story-based, some are grind-based, and a few are missable—those are the ones you need to be careful with.
Story Achievements
Lost Luxury
Complete the mission “Lost Luxury”
- First main mission in Terran Armada
- Starts by listening to a news broadcast in a major city
Into the VOID
Complete “Into the VOID”
- Currently tied to the mission “Going Haywire”
- Can be bugged, so don’t panic if it doesn’t trigger immediately
Battle of the Unifier
Complete “Battle of the Unifier”
- Straightforward story progression
Side & Progression Achievements
This for That
Build and hand over an outpost to a faction
- Unlocks after “Going Haywire”
- Comes from side quests tied to outpost building
Missable Achievements (Important)
Greater Than
Win the duel against Delta
- Happens after main DLC questline
- Save before the duel
- Win to unlock
Less Than
Lose the duel against Delta
- Same situation
- Reload your save and lose
Incursion Achievements
These are tied to the new Incursion system.
Incursion Fighter
- Clear 5 Incursions
Incursion Exterminator
- Clear 15 Incursions
Incursion Eliminator
- Clear 30 Incursions
Incursions appear across the system and are visible on the starmap. These are repeatable and also a good source of loot.
Companion & Upgrade Achievements
Overclocked
Fully upgrade Delta
- Talk to Roxanne after “Going Haywire”
- Upgrade Delta using X-Tech
- Unlocks after first upgrade
Half the Battle
Show Sarah Morgan her action figure
- Guaranteed spawn in Anchorpoint engineering vent
- Climb pipes, open vent, collect it
- Talk to Sarah afterward
Equipment Achievements
Fully Equipped
Install a spaceship equipment module
- Find schematics from enemy ships
- Install via ship systems
Top Tier
Apply Rank 4 Legendary Effect
- Best done at a Spacesuit Workbench
- X-Tech found from:
- Incursions
- Ship combat
- Boarding
- Boss chests
Random / Encounter Achievements
Just Like Grandma Used to Make (Missable)
Eat food from “Old Woman” encounter
- Random ship encounter
- Scan ships in Cruise Mode
- Board and accept food
They’re Not Toys!
Collect all Action Figures
- Found across Points of Interest
- Need 27 unique figures (sealed/unsealed variants)
Notable finds:
- Sarah Morgan figure → Anchorpoint vent
- Sealed Kaiser → Operations Center (Anchorpoint)
- Sealed Terrormorph → Defunct safe (Anchorpoint)
Combat / Activity Achievements
Contract Killer
Kill 10 targets for the Arbitrator
- Found in bar at Anchorpoint
Story Choice Missables
Stay of Execution
Stop Bernhard from killing Caruso
- Quest: “Help Wanted”
- Convince residents to spare Caruso
- Kill Bernhard before he attacks
Master of Magnetism
Kill robot using magnet
- Location: New Babylon scrapyard
- Use environmental magnet instead of weapons
Riddle Management
Answer all riddles correctly (no deaths)
Random encounter in space:
- What has an eye but cannot see?
- What goes to school but not to class?
- What is light as a feather but cannot be held long?
Answer correctly to avoid deaths and unlock achievement.
New Game+ Achievement
Quantum Hoarder
Carry inventory into another universe
- Build Quantum Entanglement Device at The Lodge
- Requires Armillary completion
- Expand storage using Quantum Essence
- Items carry into New Game+
Main things to keep in mind:
- Save before major choices (especially Delta duel and Caruso questline)
- Watch for random encounters (Old Woman, riddles)
- Grind Incursions steadily instead of all at once
Everything else will come naturally if you’re exploring properly and not rushing through the DLC.
