Roblox Hunters Weapon Tier List
- S-Tier: Staff
- A-Tier: Dagger
- B-Tier: Normal Sword (Katana)
- C-Tier: Greatsword
Staff (S-Tier)
Skills:
Fireball – A fast-casting projectile with strong AoE damage.
Heal – A surprisingly powerful healing skill with a short cooldown.
Staff is hands-down the best weapon in the game right now. Fireball lets you dish out ranged damage quickly, and Heal makes you nearly unkillable in solo or co-op runs. When you respec into Intelligence, the damage ramps up crazy fast, and you can still tank thanks to that massive self-heal.
Dagger (A-Tier)
Skills:
Dagger Stab (Rare) – A quick burst attack with low cooldown.
Execution (Epic) – A dash-attack combo that hits twice.
Dagger is all about quick hits and fast cooldowns. Dagger Stab can be spammed and works well against multiple mobs. Execution is flashy but underwhelming in damage. Still, if you’re into fast-paced combat and quick dodges, dagger is your best friend.
Normal Sword / Katana (B-Tier)
Skills:
Sword Thrust – A direct, straightforward poke.
Barrage – A rapid flurry of slashes that shreds bosses.
Sword isn’t bad—it’s just not exciting. It’s a solid middle-ground weapon, offering decent cooldowns and reliable damage. Barrage, in particular, performs well against bosses. But in a game where flash and power rule, the katana just doesn’t shine bright enough to top the charts.
Greatsword (C-Tier)
Skills:
Horizontal Slash – A wide swing that hits a group of enemies.
Vertical Slash – A leaping slam with big single-target damage.
The Greatsword feels like it should be powerful, but the long cooldowns and sluggish animations really hold it back. Sure, it hits hard—but you’ll get outpaced by faster, more versatile weapons. The only upside is that it scales decently with Strength, so it’s somewhat useful in early-game grinding.
If you’re just getting started and want the most efficient grinding and dungeon-clearing weapon, go Staff and don’t look back. If you’re a fan of mobility and quick plays, Dagger will feel great in your hands. For safe, well-rounded gameplay, Sword will get the job done. But if you’re a fan of raw power and don’t mind slow swings, Greatsword might still be fun to mess around with.
