Queen’s Domain features five hidden Treasure Rooms, each housing powerful weapons, valuable loot, and important items needed for progressing through other vaults. But first, you’ll need to find the Blood Key Stone to unlock these treasure troves.
There are two Blood Treasure Rooms, two Velvet Treasure Rooms, and a solitary Jade Treasure Room. Below, I’ll detail each location, how to unlock them, and what you can collect inside.
Before diving into the treasure hunt, make sure to grab the Blood Key Stone from the duck lady’s shop; it’s essential for accessing the first treasure room.
How to Get the First Blood Key Stone
Required to open the first Treasure Room.
To unlock the Blood Key Stone, start your quest in Obmuer Temple. You’ll first need to locate a specific note inside the temple to purchase it from the duck lady’s shop.
Head into Obmuer Temple and proceed through the water until you reach the slope leading to some skeletons and barnacles.
Edge of Platform : Use your air dash to get to a small island with Aganmi’s raider corpse. Right Opening : Look to your right for an entrance leading into the temple. Cave Path : Drop down through the opening and enter the dark cave on your left. Pillared Room : Follow the cave until you reach a ledge overlooking a large room. Drop down and head into the already-open vault on the opposite side to find a seated skeleton. Read Note : At the back of this room, read Treasure Hunter’s Note III to unlock the Blood Key Stone for 24 Ancient Coins.
You’ve now unlocked the Blood Key Stone!
All Blood Treasure Room Locations
In total, there are two Blood Treasure Rooms within Queen’s Domain. The first is located in the Tower of Knowledge, and the second can be found in the Verdant Hollow.
1. Tower of Knowledge – Rusted Greatsword
- Locate Vault Door: After clearing the enemies, check the corner by a glowing mushroom to find the vault door to the Blood Treasure Room.
- Collect Rusted Greatsword: Inside, claim your Rusted Greatsword!
For further use, this weapon evolves at Level 10 into Wodaso’s Holy Lightning and unlocks the Scaled Greatsword for 10 Ancient Coins.
2. Verdant Hollow – Velvet Keystone
Reward: Velvet Keystone
The second Blood Treasure Room is nestled within the cliffs of Verdant Hollow.
You can access it via the gate connecting Verdant Hollow and Rotting Cavern, or directly from the Petrified Garden.
Here, you’ll find the Velvet Keystone, which is needed to access the Velvet Treasure Rooms.

The next two vaults belong to the Velvet tier, with one found in Neasied and the other in Rotting Cavern.
Reward: Rusted Great Morning Star To locate this treasure, head to the Neasied Wing Altar . Look along the cliff beside the altar to find a small cave entrance.
- Navigating the Cave: Enter the cave and continue towards the back until you find a hole leading down into another room.
- Hidden Door: Check the back of this room for a hidden door and follow the passage to an elevator.
- Reach the Treasure Room: Take the elevator down, then look beyond the two pillars at the entrance to find the Velvet Treasure Room.
Inside, you’ll collect the Rusted Great Morning Star. It can evolve at Level 10 into Jigeki’s Rot and has the Scaled Great Morning Star available for 10 Ancient Coins.
4. Rotting Cavern – Jade Key Stone
Reward: Jade Key Stone
For this treasure, travel to the Rotting Cavern Wing Altar. Look towards the shrine-like structure and follow the path leading there.
- Sealed Door: You’ll find a sealed door needing four dark triangular slate pieces to open.
- Find Slate Pieces: Search the nearby area for all four pieces, then use them to unlock the door.
- Access the Treasure Room: Go through the door to enter the Velvet Treasure Room.
Alternative Entrance
If you want to skip hunting for the slate pieces, find your way to the area above the Rotting Cavern Wing Altar.
- Crystal Monument Area: Head towards the area with the crystal monument, reachable via the elevator or by jumping onto a prong of the Wing Altar.
- Cross the Broken Bridge: Use your air dash to cross the broken bridge, then look for a hole in the wall on the other side.
- Enter the Hole: Go inside to reach the same area as the sealed entrance and find the Velvet Treasure Room.
5. Deimpo Mausoleum – Rusted Leaf Blade
Reward: Rusted Leaf Blade
Find your way to the Deimpo Mausoleum Wing Altar and take the doorway on your right, leading you down a large stairwell.
Check the Walls : As you descend, keep an eye on the walls to find the entrance to the Jade Treasure Room built into the staircase. Enter to Collect : Go into the vault to grab the Rusted Leaf Blade!
This weapon can evolve at Level 10 into Puwema’s Leaf Blade and unlock the Gilded Leaf Blade for 10 Ancient Coins, along with the Ring of Wind for 30 Ancient Coins.
Opening all five Treasure Rooms will help you complete related achievements as well, adding to the satisfaction of your adventure!
I reach it through the gate connecting Verdant Hollow and Rotting Cavern. You can also get there from Petrified Garden.
Once you reach the gate, look for a slope beside it and climb up. From the ledge near the cave, check the cliff face for a series of windows.
Use your air dash to enter through these windows. You’ll land inside a dark room with another doorway on your left.
Go through that doorway to find the Blood Treasure Room.
Inside, you’ll collect the Velvet Keystone, which you’ll need to access the Velvet Treasure Rooms.
All Velvet Treasure Room Locations
The next two vaults belong to the Velvet tier. You’ll find one in Neasied and the other in Rotting Cavern.
3. Neasied – Rusted Great Morning Star
Reward: Rusted Great Morning Star
Travel to the Neasied Wing Altar. Look along the cliff beside the altar to find a small cave entrance.
Enter the cave and move towards the back. You’ll find a hole in the ground that leads to another room.
After dropping down, check the back of the room for a hidden door. Open it and follow the passage until you reach an elevator.
Take the elevator down. When you reach the bottom, look beyond the two pillars near the entrance to find the Velvet Treasure Room.
Inside, you’ll find the Rusted Great Morning Star.

4. Rotting Cavern – Jade Key Stone
Reward: Jade Key Stone
Travel to the Rotting Cavern Wing Altar. From there, look towards the shrine-like structure and follow the path leading in that direction.
You’ll eventually reach a sealed door that requires four dark triangular slate pieces to open. Search the surrounding area for all four pieces, then use them to unlock the entrance.
Go through the door to reach the Velvet Treasure Room.
Alternative entrance
You can skip searching for the four slate pieces if you can reach the area above the Wing Altar.
Head towards the area with the crystal monument. You can get there using the elevator from the connecting area or by jumping onto one of the Wing Altar’s prongs with Cestus and dashing across.
From the crystal monument area, cross the broken bridge using your dash.
Look for a hole in the wall on the other side.
Enter through this opening to reach the same area as the sealed entrance. Follow the path to find the Velvet Treasure Room.
Inside, you’ll collect the Jade Key Stone, which is required for the final Treasure Room.
Jade Treasure Room Location
There is only one Jade Treasure Room in Queen’s Domain. You can find it deep inside the Deimpo Mausoleum.
5. Deimpo Mausoleum – Rusted Leaf Blade
Reward: Rusted Leaf Blade
Travel to the Deimpo Mausoleum Wing Altar and take the doorway on your right. This leads to a large stairwell.
Start descending the stairs and check the walls as you go down. You’ll find the Jade Treasure Room entrance built into the wall along the staircase.
Enter the vault to collect the Rusted Leaf Blade.
