The Kingdom Transfer event in Kingshot gives players the opportunity to migrate to another kingdom—whether to join friends, escape inactive servers, or look for a more competitive environment. It’s one of the most strategic features in the game, but it comes with clear limitations and specific conditions you need to know.
Here’s a complete breakdown of how it works, who can transfer, and what changes when you do.
Kingshot Kingdom Transfer Guide – Rules, Cost, Event
The Kingdom Transfer Event is a recurring feature that allows players to permanently move their accounts to a different kingdom. The first event began on September 14, 2025, and it is expected to return every 30 to 45 days.
Each transfer event lasts for one full week and is split into three structured phases.
Kingdom Types and Limits
All kingdoms are ranked into two categories during the event:
Leading Kingdoms
These are the most powerful kingdoms, decided by the total transfer score of the top 100 active players. These kingdoms are marked as “Leading” on the transfer board.
- Maximum incoming transfers: 30
Ordinary Kingdoms
All remaining kingdoms fall under this group. They can accept more players and even invite stronger accounts using special slots.
- Maximum incoming transfers: 55 regular + 3 special invites = 58 total
Transfer Eligibility Requirements
To join the event and successfully transfer, you must meet the following conditions:
Power Cap: Your power must be under the transfer cap set by the target kingdom.
Town Center Level: Must meet the minimum level requirement (e.g., level 25 in earlier events).
No Active Battles: You must be out of combat.
No Alliance: You must leave your current alliance.
No Kingdom Leadership Role: You can’t be King or a Transfer Manager.
Cooldown Period: At least 25 days must have passed since your last transfer.
Character Limit: You can’t already have 4 characters in the target kingdom.
Transfer Passes: You need a number of passes (1–50), depending on your power and the kingdom type.
Both your current and target kingdoms must be in the same generation and have similar unlocked features.
Event Schedule and Phases
The event is broken into three timed stages:
1. Pre-Transfer Phase (Sunday to Tuesday)
- No transfers are allowed yet.
- Kingdoms prepare by setting power caps.
- Transfer chat is enabled for scouting new homes.
- Ideal time to contact Transfer Managers and evaluate options.
2. Invitational Transfer Phase (Wednesday to Thursday)
- Only invited players can move during this window.
Invitation Rules:
Kingdom Type | Regular Invites | Special Invites |
---|---|---|
Leading | 20 | Not available |
Ordinary | 35 | 3 |
- Special invites allow powerful players to bypass the cap.
- Ordinary Kingdoms regenerate 1 special invite per month (up to 3 total).
- All invited players still need Transfer Passes to complete the move.
3. Open Transfer Phase (Friday to Saturday)
- Remaining slots become available to all players.
- First come, first served at 00:00 UTC Friday.
- Leading Kingdoms: 10 slots
- Ordinary Kingdoms: 20 slots
