The devs have dropped another major content update for Jujutsu Beatdown, and this one fully completes The Strongest while also adding a brand-new mechanic, a new game mode, and several big balance changes. Let’s break down everything you need to know about Update #25 – The Strongest COMPLETE.
Jujutsu Beatdown The Strongest Update Guide – Simple Domain
The Strongest
The long-awaited completion of The Strongest is finally here. Alongside its kit, we now have the ultimate move “Final Vow” and expanded CE enhancements that modify existing skills rather than simply replacing them.
- Simple Slash: Now scales faster and is overall stronger.
- Upperslash: Gains ranged energy slices.
- Batto: Enhancement now comes with audio feedback.
- Superslash: Fires powerful ranged slices when enhanced.
Finisher moves also got some love:
- Batto gets a full finisher.
- Upperslash (1st slash) and Superslash (3rd slash) now have basic finisher animations.
These changes make The Strongest much smoother and more rewarding to play.
Heavenbound Updates
Heavenbound receives a new Skill 2 – Dropkick, with two unique versions:
- Ground Variant: Uses Playful Cloud to grab the enemy before delivering a devastating dropkick.
- Air Variant: Can be used mid-air with auto-aim for mobility and punishment.
Additional refinements include:
- Heavenly Restriction mode no longer has a CE cost.
- Weapon swapping deactivates the mode, with an added swap animation.
- Playful Cloud finally has proper sound effects.
- Visual polish to counters and abilities for cleaner gameplay.
New Core Mechanic – Simple Domain
A huge mechanic is here: Simple Domain. Every character (except Heavenbound) can now activate it via the awakening button.
- Requires at least 10% awakening meter to activate.
- Drains your awakening bar over time while active.
- Provides buffs: increased damage, movement speed, and protection against sure-hit domains.
- Deactivates if you leave the domain or manually turn it off.
This mechanic adds new layers of strategy, especially in competitive matches.
New Game Mode – Mega Threat
The update introduces Mega Threat, a fun new game mode where an Elixir Potion spawns in the map. Whoever drinks it transforms into a new temporary character with three unique abilities:
- Leap
- Spin
- Barrage
An ultimate move is also planned for this mode in the future. The devs may even allow it to spawn in PS+ lobbies (with rewards disabled).
