Hi Guys, Idle Iktah is a very good idle game and is loved by so many players. Today we will share the Idle Iktah Beginner Guide and some important tips about pets, Equipment, and weapons.
Idle Iktah Beginner Guide
Early game tips from someone on their third play-through:
Don’t stockpile tomes. They can be farmed late-game, so there’s no reason to save them from a boss.
Don’t stockpile potions either. Eventually, you’ll have more than you know what to do with. Early on they take up a lot of bag space too.
Community and enchanting are late-game skills. Don’t bother training mentees until you unlock the highest-level item in a skill. Get like 30 enchanting for that one quest and then ignore it until you’re mid-game.
Construction is super useful early on. Dugouts trading better. Furniture gives an XP boost. Boxes and houses give more inventory space. (Yes weird stuff like the hat box it worth it, even if it just saves like 4 inventory slots).
Once you have dugouts, work on unlocking the unique item from each trader. Tap the book in the trader menu to see which rare each trader sells.
Your first decent armor set should be desert sandals (quest), ocean gloves (azurite golem drop), a weapon from Braiq Crax, and gold armor.
If you need rare shells, focus on processing skills like smithing or crafting.
One work order can make a few hundred low-level potions. You can use every tier of combat potion at the same time, so if you happen to have a bunch of low-level potion supplies it’s free DPS. (This is the only thing I’d recommend using work orders on until you start maxing mentees).
Inventory Space
With a sufficiently high crafting skill, bags can be created with up to 4 simultaneously equipped. With sufficiently high carpentry skills, boxes can be created and up to 4 equipped which can store certain types of items. With sufficiently high carpentry skills, houses can also be created which gives more bag/box slots
Rare Shells
I wouldn’t recommend selling rare items for rare shells since these rarer items almost always have uses later on. I also wouldn’t recommend selling ‘useless’ goods for rare shells if it costs hundreds of them for a singular rare shell as they have better uses later on. Ideally, you should be selling things that sell for around 1 rare shell per dozen or a few dozen, such as tools.
When grinding smithing, it is always best to make tool heads which can be crafted into tools and then sold. Early on, a good source of rare shells is from shellfish from Pechugh Bay but later on, the most efficient way to earn rare shells is to craft pickaxes of the highest tier ore.
Cod
Cod is usually bought from the trader as when the quest is unlocked, most players do not have access to the combat spot where cod drops (Aurum Arrangement). It CAN NOT be obtained by fishing
Gold Recipes
The first way to get gold recipes is to use clarifying potions on the woodland arts dropped at the hidden grove. Alternatively, the recipes are also rare drops from the Aurum Arrangement enemies
How do I get a lot of feathers?
The fastest way to get feathers is from ducks (Deep Forest). However, if farming Deep Forest is an issue, you can still get them very quickly from chickens (The Family Farm)
How do I get pearls?
The second level of the library (community skill) allows the player to collect shellfish from Pechugh Bay (gathering skill). Each of these shellfish has a 1/1000 chance to contain a pearl. Make sure to gather them when the tide is low or otherwise it is very inefficient

Best Equipment
What is best varies depending on what you want to do and your playstyle
The three stats (attack, strength, and defense) interact as follows:
- Hit chance = 50 + 0.75X
- Where X = (Your attack level) – (Enemy’s Defence Level)
- Max Hit = (1 + Strength) / 3
- Evade chance = 50 + 0.75X
- Where X = (Your defense level) – (Enemy’s Attack Level)
If your defense overwhelms your enemy’s attack, then a few more points of defense can proportionally lower your enemy’s hit rate drastically, leading to you eating significantly less food when fighting.
If your attack level is much less than your opponent’s defense, then a few points of attack can proportionally increase your hit rate by a lot, leading to significantly increased DPS.
If you are trying to grind exp, compromise conditions have to be sought after between max hit and attack speed.
