Hi Guys, In this guide, we will tell you How To Transfer Account in Capybara Go (IOS To Android) or (Android To IOS) Below are instructions for transferring an account from Android to IOS. If you need to transfer your account from IOS to Android, the steps are similar.

How To Transfer Account in Capybara Go (IOS To Android)
STEP 1: EMAIL HABBY
Create a new account on IOS. Log in to the game to get the UID of this newly created account on IOS.
In game (your old Android account): Click on Profile –> Feedback –> Contact Us.
Write the required information. See the example down below.
In the “please describe your issue” box
Dear Habby,
I would like to transfer my account’s data from Android to IOS.
Android UID (old account): —–
IOS UID (newly created account): —–
Thank you for your support.In the “please leave your email so that we can contact you” box
Enter your email (email you are logging in to play the game). Habby will send you an email to fill out additional information.
STEP 2: WAIT FOR EMAIL FROM HABBY
Wait for Habby to reply to your email. They will send you an email that looks something like this.
STEP 3: RESPOND TO HABBY EMAIL
You need to prepare some photos to answer Habby’s requests (picture above). Below is a sample email response.
- Dear Habby,
- I am writing to provide all the information necessary to complete the account exchange procedure.
- Old UID: (Android’s UID)
- New ID: (IOS’s UID)
- A photo of your last in-game transaction (if you don’t top up ingame then skip this)
- A photo showing your account chapter
- A photo showing your main capy and equipment page (both old and new account)
- A photo showing your capy UID in the game profile (both old and new account)
