The Pool Noodle Rod can be found directly on FishFest Island.
To get it, travel to the event area and head toward the Jet Ski activity section.
Once you reach the Jet Ski Referee, look nearby and you’ll find the rod available for purchase.
This location is easy to miss because most players run past the area while focusing on mini-games or moving between NPCs.
You don’t need to complete any hidden objectives to unlock access.
You simply need the event currency.

This really depends on what you’re doing.
If you’re still actively grinding FishFest content, I actually think this rod makes sense.
