Heian Weapon Tier List Guide – Best Weapons Ranking

S Tier – Absolutely Broken

Crimson Argory

This weapon is borderline busted. The range is insane—it can literally reach across an entire room, making spacing irrelevant. It’s fast, easy to abuse, and completely dominates in duels. Needs a nerf, no question.

Tainted Sorrow

Despite being criticized by many, this weapon is secretly overpowered. Its hyper armor on crits makes it extremely difficult to counter. You can be mid-combo, and the opponent will cancel your entire setup just by critting. Its 50 Medium requirement is why it’s often picked, but the utility goes way beyond that.

Demon Bane

Originally insane with 60% lifesteal, even after being nerfed to 20%, it’s still incredible. The crits are destructive, and somehow, it just got buffed again—why? Nobody knows, but it’s easily one of the top-tier weapons.

Demon Slayer

Not widely available (mostly used by testers), but it’s a powerhouse. Think of it like Pill Brier with rain-style AoE—fast, impactful, and unique. If this becomes public, expect chaos.

Common Green Weapon

Yes, a common weapon made it here. It’s that good. Despite being low rarity, it has three crits, solid combos, and can slam enemies with ease. It defies rarity logic and deserves this spot.

A Tier – Strong but Not OP

SSK Sword

This was once the best in the game. After a few nerfs, it’s no longer at the top, but it’s still reliable. Strong crit, clean combos—just not as oppressive as before.

Cality Fist

The only real fist option, so it gets use by default. It’s fast and flashy, but lacks real kill power. It’s viable, but mostly for its speed rather than strength.

New Red Crit Weapon

A recent addition with two big red crits and decent AoE. While it hasn’t proven itself to be S-tier yet, the potential is there. If you’re good with timing and angles, this weapon hits hard.

B Tier – Situational or Mid

1,000 Chains

This weapon used to be popular and flashy, but the hype died down. It’s not bad, just very average. The main issue is its low damage over time and the fact that it’s just not impactful anymore.

Boss Weapon

Solid stats and looks cool, but doesn’t perform well in ranked. In casual or PvE, maybe. In serious PvP? Too slow and predictable.

80 Heavy Weapon

It deals good damage, but requires high Heavy stat investment, which limits build variety. Not many go this route, and for good reason—it’s just not practical in the current meta.

C Tier – Usable but Weak

Necro

A light weapon trying to deal medium-type damage, which results in being underwhelming. It’s not horrible, just not competitive. If you have nothing better, go for it, but don’t expect miracles.

Rapier

Looks clean and has smooth crits, but in actual combat, it’s easy to parry and too reliant on perfect spacing. Versus good players, this gets shut down fast.

Dagger Spear

Another weapon that’s fine in early game or casual play, but in Chime or ranked, it gets outclassed. Low impact, predictable swings, and doesn’t scale well.

F Tier – Avoid These

Juju Flame

Once a fan favorite, now one of the worst in the game. It has flashy animations but lacks any real damage or utility. It’s completely outclassed in every way.

Charcoal Sound Crit Weapon

Every time it crits, it plays a sound—cool idea, poor execution. The issue? The sound gives away the crit timing, so enemies just parry or dodge. It’s a gimmick at best.

Negative F Tier – Just Delete These

Trash Spear

It might look decent when used, but it performs terribly. Poor range, terrible crit windows, no real pressure. Completely non-viable in the current state.

Legendary Failure

This unnamed legendary weapon is shockingly bad. For something so rare, it’s almost offensive how weak it is. It needs a massive buff—do not touch this unless you want to lose fights.

So there you have it—a full breakdown of the Heian weapon meta as it stands now. Some weapons feel like they were built to dominate, while others… well, probably shouldn’t be in the game at all. If you’re serious about climbing, stick to the S and A tier picks, and maybe avoid wasting time trying to make Juju Flame viable again.
