Here is a Heaven Burns Red Reroll Guide – If you are not planning on spending, it is highly recommended to reroll in HBR. Though the Dev team provides a good amount of random guaranteed SS tickets and free pulls, this pull will usually not net you the memorias you need (unless you’re lucky). As very few memorias are limited, most of the cast is fair game.
HBR is a heavy collection-based Visual Novel game that raises benefits the more memoria you own in your box. I highly recommend rerolling to start off with a strong foundation with at least 1 strong general offensive buffer to start your journey with the Seraph to tackle the cancers.
A strong general buffer will go a long way in providing support to any SS memoria that joins you on your squad from your GSS tickets or free pulls.

How good is the free Ruka SS?
The free Ruka is a glorified S memoria. She will most likely carry you for most of the story content but will quickly fall out of favor as you gain more memorias for your collection.
The main reason she is considered a glorified S instead of an SS is that at the max limit break, she does not provide Ruka with a maximum character of a true max limit broken SS memoria. She also doesn’t receive any notable passives like +1 SP while in the vanguard.
Who should I reroll for on Launch Banner?
In HBR, unlike many games. Supports are more important than dmg dealers. A dmg dealer without support is like a fish out of water. You will be rerolling for 3 main support targets:
Seika SS2
Aoi SS1
Tama SS1 (Selectable in the first selectable draw)
All of these targets are available in the Launch banner. Ideally, with these three, you would want to have any of the other memorias on the banner.
Who should I select on the 12 Memoria Selector?
There are 2 meta options. Tama SS1 or Seika SS1. Pick Seika SS1 if you plan to reroll until you have the perfect account. you will be able to have a chance to get Tama SS1 in the launch banner. Choose Tama SS1 If you do not plan on rerolling or don’t want to reroll for many certain memoria during reroll.
