What’s New in Update 2
Mobile Compatibility!
Finally — mobile support is here. You can now dive into the Tokyo Ghoul mayhem on your phone, meaning more flexibility and more players in every server. Expect some adjustments to controls if you’re switching from PC, but overall, it’s fully playable.
Kagune Revamps: Eto V2, Beaked V2, and Takizawa Kakuja
Update 2 introduces three major Kagune reworks or additions, giving players fresh options and playstyles.
Eto V2 (NEW META!)
- Critical: Huge ragdoll impact and noticeable bleed. Melts health bars — especially strong against ghouls.
- Z Move: Has ragdoll effects. Great for initiating fights.
- X Move: Spin attack (like a Beyblade) — decent AoE damage.
- C Move: Massive blast that deals heavy damage.
- No M2s available.
- Verdict: Meta pick, insane against Ghoul-type players.
Beaked V2
- Crit: Shield throw — visually unimpressive, feels rushed.
- Z Move: Slam attack — inconsistent hit detection, no stun.
- X Move: Another slam, low impact.
- C Move: Dash-based move, minimal stun.
- No M2s available.
Verdict: Underwhelming. Feels unfinished or rushed. Needs buffs or rework.
Takizawa Kakuja
No deep dive yet, but added to the roster. Expect a tanky, rage-fueled playstyle.

Balance Changes
Narukami
- Damage Buff: Increased across all moves.
- Crit Speed: Slightly faster execution.
- Impact: Feels smoother and deadlier — viable once again.
Yamori
- Crit Hitbox: Slightly increased.
- Impact: Easier to land, better for aggressive rushdown.
Eto V2
Projectile Fix: X move speed now corrected in new servers.
Arata
- HP Drain: Reduced to 1.5% per second.
- Passive Buff: Damage increases by 15 per Arata% when losing HP instead of hunger.
Impact: Feels more viable for sustained fights.
Nutcracker V1
Endlag Reduced: Faster recovery after moves.
Impact: Snappier combos, better aggression flow.
AUS
- X Softstun: Reduced.
- Crit Cooldown: Increased to 6s.
- C Move: No lingering counter frames.
- Z Move Nerfs:
- Reduced stun on parry follow-up.
- Crit movestack after Z removed.
- M1 Speed: Slightly lowered.
Impact: No longer overbearing in duels. Balanced around smarter play.
YUKI V1 & V2
- Z Move: Stun increased.
- Impact: More pressure from ranged setups.
Solace
- C Move: Now cancels on parry.
- Impact: More vulnerable — encourages smarter timing.
Jason 13 V1 & V2
- V1: Empowered Z: Finally fixed!
- V2: Crit: Cancels on parry.
- X Move: Cancels if dodged.
- Z Dash: Fixed.
- Z Charge: Charges faster.
- Click Z: Now GBs (guard breaks).
- M1 Damage: Slight reduction.
- Crit Damage: Slightly reduced.
- Skill Damage: Slightly nerfed.
- Crit Last Hit: Now GBs.
- X Hitbox: Increased.
- Impact: Slightly nerfed but still dangerous. More technical now.
Serrate V2
- + Memory leaks / FPS drops fixed when using moves
- + X windup increased in air
- + In air critical CD increased
- + Ragdoll reduced in air crit
- + C (Air) windup increased slightly
- + C (Ground) hits stun more
- + C (Ground) ragdoll reduced
- + Fixed Hyperarmor not showing on Z when used on the ground
- + Hyper armor reduced/removed across all skills
