A new update has arrived in Fisch, and this time the focus is on boat racing, new masteries, balance changes, and several important bug fixes. In this post, I’ll go through everything added and changed in the Boat Racing update, including the new race tracks, rod buffs, gauntlet changes, and the latest code.
There are also some useful quality-of-life improvements, especially for storage, crates, boats, and progression in Mariana’s Veil.
So, let’s go through everything included in the latest Fisch update.
Fisch Boat Racing Update Guide – Codes, New tracks
The biggest new feature in this update is Boat Racing.
Race Leaders have appeared across several islands in Fisch, and you can talk to them to participate in races.
The races allow you to compete for the fastest times while exploring brand-new tracks. You can also earn free rewards by completing the races.
If you enjoy racing against other players, this gives you something new to do outside of fishing.
New Masteries
Two new masteries have also been added to the game.
The first is the Stellarwave Melody Mastery, which lets you synthesize the stars with the Stellarwave Melody.
The second is the Rod of the Singularity Mastery, which focuses on watching the stars collapse.
These give players additional mastery progression to work toward alongside the new racing content.
Cinderstring Buffs
The Cinderstring has received several major buffs in this update.
Its stats have been improved across the board:
- Lure Speed: 95% → 100%
- Control: 0 → 0.05
- Resilience: 70% → 80%
- Progress Speed: 10% → 30%
- Infernal multiplier: 7× → 10×
Infernal Melody 1 Changes
The first Infernal Melody has also been improved.
Its duration has increased from 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
It now also has a 15% chance to apply Emberflame.
Other changes include:
- Scorched: 20% → 60%
- Luck: +10% → +35%
- Progress Speed: +25% → +30%
Infernal Melody 2 Changes
The second Infernal Melody received several buffs as well:
- Scorched: 50% → 60%
- Emberflame chance: 20%
- Infernal: 15% → 20%
- Luck: +25% → +50%
Masterline Changes
The Masterline has also been adjusted.
The Ascended Mutation multiplier has increased from 9.9× to 12×, while Control has increased from 0.15 to 0.2.
The Total Weight Multiplier is now capped at 2.25×.
There are also changes to its blacklist.
Cinder Block Rod is now blacklisted, while Remembrance has been removed from the blacklist.
However, copied Remembrance will not receive the Dark Fish passive.
Wind Elemental Buffs
Wind Elemental has received a number of changes.
All Wind Elemental modes except Omni now have +25% Progress Speed as a base stat.
They also receive a +20% chance to obtain their respective mutations while fishing in their favored weather.
The Base Wind Elemental mode now also has +45% Luck.
Omni-Elemental Buffs
Omni-Elemental has been buffed as well.
The Breezed, Terra, Ignited, and Stormy effects have increased from 15% to 20%.
Progress Speed has increased from 25% to 55%, and Omni-Elemental now also provides +25% Luck.
Crested Enchantment Changes
The Crested Enchantment has been fixed so that it now has the correct passive.
It provides:
- -30% Fish Movement Speed
- -15% if the rod has any form of Anti Slash
This includes rods such as the Tryhard Rod and Remembrance Departed Mode.
Crested can also now be used in Keeperbound Enchants by placing it in the Twisted Pillar slot.
The Crested Affix provides -15% Fish Movement Speed without the Anti Slash penalty.
Gauntlet Buffs
Several gauntlets have received buffs in this update.
Volcanic Gauntlets
Volcanic Gauntlets now deal more Slash Damage, increasing from 2% to 3%.
The Burn Fade Duration has also increased from 3 seconds to 5 seconds.
Challenger’s Gauntlets
Challenger’s Gauntlets have received improvements to their freezing effect:
- Freeze Chance: 10% → 15%
- Freeze Duration: 0.5s → 1s
- Freeze Cooldown: 2s → 3s
Abyssal Gauntlets
Abyssal Gauntlets now provide +10% Universal Mutation Rate, increased from +5%.
Calm Gauntlets
Calm Gauntlets now provide +25% Luck.
The corresponding buffs also apply to the Mariana’s Gauntlets, although at half the strength of the main gauntlet buffs.
Bug Fixes and Quality-of-Life Changes
The update also fixes several issues and adds some useful quality-of-life features.
Mariana’s Veil Fixes
Various bugs that could prevent progression through Mariana’s Veil have been fixed.
A separate issue preventing the Ice Warpers Rod from spawning has also been fixed.
Boat Spawning in the Obsidian Trench
A bug that allowed players to spawn boats inside the Obsidian Trench using the “Spawn Boats Anywhere” gamepass has been fixed.
Boat spawning through the gamepass has also received some improvements.
Crew Bug Fix
A bug that could randomly kick players from their Crew has been reduced.
Previously, affected players could become unable to rejoin without help from a Crew officer or staff member. After this update, players should be able to rejoin normally when the issue occurs.
The developers are still investigating the underlying cause.
Storage and Inventory Limit
A new limit of 32,000 item stacks has been added to storage and inventory.
This was introduced to help prevent potential data loss.
Open Multiple Crates
A new quality-of-life option allows you to open all unfavorited crates of the same type at once.
This should make opening large numbers of crates much quicker.
New Fisch Code
There is also a new code you can redeem from this update.

The Fisch Boat Racing update may be smaller than some of the game’s major updates, but there is still quite a bit to check out.
The biggest addition is the new Boat Racing system, with new tracks, Race Leaders, and rewards. On top of that, several rods and gauntlets have received buffs, new masteries have been added, and multiple bugs have been fixed.
