Stuck on something in the Main Hall Dungeon in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse? Head straight for the hidden platform right by the highest entrance. Folks who finally grabbed their last secret there talk about a spot on the left in that upper area, just hold down and hit jump to fall through the floor, then poke around for the XP statue waiting below.
Before you comb through the whole Main Hall one more time, double-check this entrance and line up your Dungeon rewards with the checklist further down. If the Artist objective is still hanging, that needs its own look, especially once your map is already sitting at 100%.
Begin at the highest Dungeon doorway. Go back to the topmost entrance that leads into the upper part of the Dungeon. The spot players mention sits close to where you come in, off to the left. You’re hunting for a floor section you can drop through, not some obvious hole in the wall.
Once you’re in that area:
- Step onto the left-side platform near the upper entrance.
- Hold down and press jump to fall through.
- Check out the hidden space and grab the XP statue if it’s still there. Some players pin it as sitting under a secret floor a little left of a red door.
The key is how you interact with it. The floor might look completely normal, but it actually acts like a hidden grate that only responds to the usual drop-through move.
If nothing happens, make sure you’re standing in the right place before you start hunting for some special ability or lever. Line yourself up with the upper doorway and that left platform first, messing with other floor sections won’t tell you if you’ve found the real entrance.

I searched a lot before writing this for you. Apparently, there are two secret areas and five XP statues inside the Dungeon. One of those statues hides inside a secret spot. Atma’s own completion list also shows five EXP statues for the Dungeon. Dungeon check Listed total What to verify Secret areas 2 Check both concealed passages, not only the upper platform. XP statues 5 Compare each statue location against what you have collected. XP statue inside a secret area Included in the five Do not count the concealed statue as an additional sixth reward.
Keep in mind these numbers only cover the Dungeon itself, not the full Main Hall.
Treat the table as a quick way to track what’s left instead of assuming the upper secret wraps everything up. Go through the other statue spots one by one before you move on to a different sub-area.
On the pictures below, I provide all the 7 collectible locations in the Dungeon, take a look at them, you’ll probably find what you’re looking for:

Crim Token location:

Why Is the Main Hall Dungeon Still Incomplete?
First figure out exactly what’s missing, whether it’s a collectible, your overall completion number, or some other objective. That tells you what to go back and look at.
You Missed the Concealed XP statue
When you’re hovering near the end, that hidden statue is usually the first place worth checking. It’s a solid starting guess, but of course, it won’t explain every incomplete file.

You’re Viewing the Wrong Interactive-Map Layer
If you’re using the interactive map, flip over to the interior layer so you can actually see the Dungeon. The stacked-squares button for switching views and changing layers may help it finally show up.
Leave the map open while you explore in-game. A marker can point you in the right direction, but you’ll still need the correct drop-through move to get into the hidden platform.
Your Checklist May Differ from the Game’s
Don’t expect an outside checklist’s total to match the game’s counter exactly. Atma points out that its numbers can drift because the game also tracks exploration, random items and story flags the checklist skips.
Use the list to stay organized, then confirm everything inside the game itself.
