D4C (Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap)
One of the strongest PvP Stands thanks to its survivability mechanic—when low HP, it sends you into another dimension to recover, making it extremely hard to finish off.
The World / The World AU
Time stop alone puts these at the top—free damage windows with almost no counterplay if used correctly.
Star Platinum: The World
Combines strong melee with time stop, allowing massive burst damage in a short window.
Mandom
One of the most broken mechanics in PvP—rewinding time while keeping trap setups (like dynamite) active, forcing enemies back into damage.
A Tier
