Getting every achievement in Bobo Bay takes a lot more than simply winning races. The game hides plenty of small secrets, strange mechanics, difficult late-game challenges, and a surprising amount of depth when it comes to raising your Bobos properly.
Some achievements happen naturally during normal play, while others can easily be missed if you do not understand how traits, races, evolutions, or progression systems work. A few of them also require serious preparation and long-term planning.
This guide breaks every achievement down into easy-to-understand sections while also giving useful gameplay advice along the way. Whether you are just starting your island adventure or pushing toward full completion, this guide should help make the journey much smoother.
Bobo Bay Pepper Beginner Guide – All Achievement Tips
If you are reading this guide, chances are you are missing:
- A few achievements
- Several difficult ones
- Or maybe every single achievement entirely
Thankfully, most achievements in Bobo Bay become much easier once you understand how the game’s systems actually work.
The game revolves around:
- Raising Bobos
- Managing stats
- Winning races and brawls
- Exploring excursions
- Unlocking new species
- Carefully planning progression
At first it looks cute and relaxed, but later achievements become surprisingly demanding.
To make things easier, this guide divides achievements into three categories:
- Green = Easy
- Blue = Medium
- Orange = Difficult
Green Achievements (Easy)
These achievements are mostly things you can unlock naturally while playing. However, a few are still surprisingly easy to overlook.
Blooming Onion & Yoink
Achievement Requirements
- Let a Bobo become a flower
- Pluck a Bobo from the ground
Every Bobo eventually reaches the end of its lifespan. When that happens, it transforms into a small seedling.
At that point, you get two choices:
- Let it bloom into a flower
- Pluck it from the ground
Each choice unlocks a different achievement.
Sadly, there is no way to save every Bobo forever, so this moment becomes part of the natural life cycle system in the game.
Free Pie
Achievement Requirement
- Find your first free pie
The Mayor occasionally leaves a pie sitting on her window for anyone to take.
This pie gives a very strong stat boost to one of your Bobos, making it extremely valuable during progression.
The achievement unlocks simply by taking the pie once.
Always grab it whenever you notice one available because the bonuses are genuinely useful.
Get Out of the Way
Achievement Requirement
- Knock over a Bobo with skates
Parfait’s Wheelyz are fast, fun, and slightly dangerous.
To unlock this achievement:
- Equip the skates
- Dash into a Bobo
- Knock it over
Interestingly, landing on a Bobo from above can also trigger the achievement.
Try not to bully them too much afterward.
Mashing Bobs
Achievement Requirement
- Mash two Bobos together
During excursions or nighttime shops, you may occasionally find:
- Mashers
These allow two Bobos to combine traits and characteristics together.
Using one for the first time unlocks the achievement.
Mashers are actually extremely valuable because they can create very strong Bobos with:
- Better stats
- Useful passives
- Rare appearances
Avoid selling them early unless you absolutely need money.
Photo Finish
Achievement Requirement
- Win a race by less than one second
This achievement usually happens naturally.
Eventually, you will win an extremely close race where your Bobo barely beats second place.
As long as the victory margin is under one second, the achievement unlocks automatically.
Please Do Something
Achievement Requirement
- Sit still for 5 uninterrupted minutes
This is exactly what it sounds like.
Sit somewhere and do absolutely nothing for:
- 5 consecutive minutes
That is all.
Sputtered Out
Achievement Requirement
- Run out of fuel on a jetski
During excursions, it is surprisingly easy to get stranded in the ocean.
Simply:
- Remain on your jetski
- Completely run out of fuel
The achievement unlocks immediately.
Important warning:
If you leave the jetski before calling for help, you lose all excursion items.
YOOOOOOOOO
Achievement Requirement
- Dunk a Bobo into a basketball hoop
After funding the public basketball hoop project, you can place a hoop in your garden.
Throw a Bobo into the hoop once to unlock the achievement.
Only once though.
Please.
You Can Stop Following Me Now
Achievement Requirement
- Keep a Bobo following you overnight
Press:
- Q on a Bobo
This makes it follow you around.
Simply go to sleep while it is still following you and the achievement unlocks the next morning.
Nothing bad happens gameplay-wise, though you may feel slightly guilty afterward.
Zero Cado Club
Achievement Requirement
- Spend every last cado
You need your money counter to hit:
- Exactly 0
The easiest method is using public funds to spend leftover amounts after purchases.
This is easiest early in the game when your money totals are still relatively small.
Blue Achievements (Medium)
These achievements usually require understanding specific systems or mechanics that are easy to miss.
3 AM Cheese
Achievement Requirement
- Put a Cowboy Hat on a Short King Bobo
Some Bobos gain:
- Humble Traits
after evolving at 15+ days old.
One possible Humble Trait is:
- Short King
Once you find a Short King Bobo:
- Equip any Cowboy Hat
The achievement unlocks immediately.
This is honestly one of the funniest achievements in the game.
Bobo Bros & Bobo Brunch
Achievement Requirements
- Win a duo relay race
- Win a trio relay race
These races require multiple Bobos with different specialties.
Example:
- Runner first
- Swimmer second
You should ideally raise:
- At least 3 Bobos simultaneously
This gives you enough flexibility to handle mixed-stat competitions.
These achievements become unavoidable during 100% completion because later trials require extensive team setups anyway.
Jackpot
Achievement Requirement
- Win 1,000 cado from a single race bet
Unlocked after the betting lounge becomes available.
The race betting system depends on:
- Run stat
- Swim stat
- Agility
- Acceleration
- Stamina
- Mood
- Track layout
Many beginners only focus on raw speed, but stamina matters heavily during longer races.
For example:
- A fast Bobo with poor stamina may collapse near the finish line
- A slightly slower Bobo with strong stamina can overtake late
Water-heavy tracks also massively favor high Swim stats.
Winning a large payout eventually becomes easier once you understand race composition properly.
Just as The Dev Intended
Achievement Requirement
- Reach the highest point in town
You cannot properly do this early.
First:
- Beat the Masquerade Cup
- Unlock the Costume Shop public fund
After the shop opens:
- Climb onto the Costume Shop roof
- Jump to Cob’s shop roof
That highest rooftop unlocks the achievement.
Many players waste time trying impossible early-game tree jumps.
Monstrosity
Achievement Requirement
- Fill every organic and accessory slot on a Bobo
You need to fill:
- Head
- Face
- Body
- Legs
- Back
You also need:
- Animal Cracker body parts
Once every slot contains something simultaneously, the achievement unlocks.
Ultimate Hustler
Achievement Requirement
- Win 4 races or brawls in one day with the same Bobo
This is easiest using:
- Lower-ranked events
- A Bobo with strong stamina
- Or a Hustler trait Bobo
Hustler Bobos naturally tire less often, making the challenge far easier.
Remember:
Both races and brawls count.
Underdog
Achievement Requirement
- Win using a Bobo two grades below the competition
This sounds harder than it actually is.
The easiest method:
- Maximize one specific stat heavily
- Enter a specialized competition
- Ignore overall grade differences
Swim-focused races are particularly easy for this.
Many players unlock this accidentally.
Orange Achievements (Difficult)
These are the true late-game challenges.
Expect:
- Heavy grinding
- Long-term planning
- Strong Bobo breeding
- Massive stat optimization
Bobillionaire
Achievement Requirement
- Earn 1,000,000 cado
This is a huge grind.
Best money sources include:
- Winning races
- Winning brawls
- Selling rare excursion items
- Gambling
- Event rewards
- Selling expensive collectibles
There is no shortcut.
You simply need enormous amounts of income over time.
Rainbow Time & Trait Binder
Achievement Requirements
- Collect all Bobo colors
- Collect all main traits
These are among the longest achievements in the game.
You will eventually need nearly every species unlocked.
Unlockable species include:
- Fairies
- Phantoms
- Robo
- Celestial
Several of these require special sagas or hidden letters found during excursions.
Donut Color Manipulation
This mechanic is incredibly important.
Donuts change Bobo color shades:
- Vanilla Donut = lighter
- Chocolate Donut = darker
This allows you to manipulate missing color entries manually instead of waiting endlessly for random spawns.
Always check:
- Bobopedia color tabs
- Missing trait entries
before using donuts.
Saga Queen & Power Gary
Achievement Requirements
- Complete all sagas
- Defeat Power Gary
This is effectively the game’s main endgame challenge.
Some of the hardest sagas include:
- Masquerade Cup
- Star Classic
- Power Gary
Masquerade Cup Warning
Masquerade Cup is brutal because it focuses almost entirely on:
- Brawling
Characters like:
- Nano
- Punk Brother
become massive difficulty spikes.
Pocket Sand items are extremely valuable here.
Save them.
Best Strategy for Sagas
Raise:
- At least 3 specialized Bobos
Examples:
- Swimmer
- Runner
- Fighter
Trying to make one Bobo handle everything becomes extremely inefficient later.
Trial King
Achievement Requirement
- Complete all Trials
This includes:
- Day trials
- Night trials
- Seasonal trials
- Unlockable trials
- Big Jam
There is no easy trick here.
You simply need persistence and full event completion.
