How to Access Ranked Mode
To jump into the action, head over to the Ranked NPC in the main hub. Interacting with this character will open up the new Ranked UI — the interface through which you’ll manage all your competitive matches.
Once inside, you’ll be able to:
- Queue solo, or
- Invite up to three other players to create a party (for 4v4 matches)
This is similar to the system used in previous Blue Lock Rivals tournaments, but now it’s fully integrated as a permanent game mode.
What is Ranked Mode?
Ranked mode is a competitive 4v4 multiplayer mode where you climb through various divisions and tiers by playing matches and completing milestone challenges. It’s a full seasonal system that rewards both performance and progression.
The AI goalkeeper difficulty increases as you move up the ranks, ensuring a constant challenge.
Ranked Progression System Explained
Your rank progression is tied to two main systems:
- ELO System – Win matches to gain ELO and climb the leaderboard.
- Milestone Quests – Each division has 5 milestones that must be completed to move up.
Milestone Objectives Include:
- Score goals
- Win games
- Become MVP
- Break ankles (jukes/fakes)
- Get assists
- Steal balls
- Use awakening multiple times
Each milestone provides a one-time reward per season and becomes harder as you rank up.
Ranked Tiers & Divisions
There are 9 main ranked tiers, each split into 3 divisions. Every division includes 5 milestones you must complete before advancing.
Here are the ranked tiers in ascending order:
- Rookie
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
- Elite
- Challenger
- Champion
As you progress, not only will the competition become more intense, but the AI goalkeepers will also become tougher, mimicking real competitive pressure.
Rewards for Top Players
Your hard work won’t go unnoticed. Ranked mode is built around a seasonal system, with each season lasting 45 days. At the end of each season, top-ranking players receive exclusive cosmetics and card packs based on their placement.
Champion Tier Rewards:
