The Ant Island Dungeon in Anime Vanguards Update 4.5 is one of the toughest challenges in the game. Winning requires strategy, teamwork, and the right card choices. Here’s a complete guide to help you clear this dungeon as easily as possible!
Step 1: Choose the Right Card
At the start of the dungeon, you’ll need to pick a card that gives you special bonuses. The best choice is the Exterminator Card.
Why Exterminator?
- Increases unit damage by 50% for every open Ant Tunnel.
- If 5 tunnels are open, that’s a 250% damage boost!
- This massive buff makes it easier to clear enemies.
Should You Pick King’s Buron?
- King’s Buron is viable but not optimal.
- You can still win with it, but Exterminator is the better choice.
Step 2: Keep Ant Tunnels Open
Each open Ant Tunnel increases the damage boost from Exterminator. Do not close them!
- More tunnels = higher damage output.
- Your ranged units, like Gilgamesh, will deal massive damage with this strategy.
Step 3: Build a Strong Team
- Soloing is possible but much harder.
- It’s best to team up with at least four players.
- You can find teammates in the AV Discord matchmaking channel.
- If you’re watching a streamer, try joining their game.

- Units with long-range attacks work best.
