Atelier Yumia Synthesis Guide
Synthesis is the process through which alchemists manipulate the mana contained within ingredients to create new items. Items created through synthesis can be used in a variety of ways.
Learning Recipes
Interacting with a Recipe Recall Station placed in a building area will allow you to learn new recipes.
Recipe List
This list shows you the recipes you have learned so far.
- Colored Icons: Recipe recalled
- Gray Icons: Recipe not yet recalled
Recipe Requirements
Certain conditions must be met to break the locks on recipes. When you are able to fulfill a requirement, “Conditions Fulfilled” will be displayed next to the requirement.
Leveling Up Recipes
Particles can be used to raise the level of recipes you have learned.
Leveling up recipes has a variety of benefits, including unlocking more Alchemy Slots and granting bonus effects.
Enhancing Cores
Leveling up recipes will enhance their Alchemy Cores.
This grants benefits like additional slots and increased drifting mana, allowing for more resonance than ever before.
In order for additional slots and drifting mana to appear, ingredients must be added to all currently available slots.
Particle Conversion
By learning the Particle Conversion skill on the Skill Tree, you can convert large particles into smaller-sized ones.
Particle Conversion can only be used when doing so would allow you to learn or level up a recipe.
It can also only be used to convert large particles to smaller particles of the same element.

Synthesis Skills
