Anime Saga Tier List – Best Units, Weapons
Tier Breakdown
We’ll use the following tier labels:
- S Tier – Must-pick units. Strong in most (or all) scenarios.
- A Tier – Very good units, just shy of S-tier dominance.
- B Tier – Decent, but situational or outclassed.
- C Tier – Meh. Only use if you have no better options.
- D Tier – Avoid. Waste of time unless buffed in the future.
Epic Units Tier List
S Tier (Top Pick)
Usopp
Easily the best Epic unit for beginners. Usopp is a ranged hybrid, meaning he can attack from afar and handle close range when needed. Solid AoE and reliable performance make him a great early carry.
C Tier
Nezuko
Not terrible, but doesn’t bring much to the table. Her performance is very middle-of-the-road.
D Tier
Sanji
He’s just… underwhelming. Lacks impact, AoE, and utility.
Vegeta
Another bottom-tier Epic. Despite being a fan-favorite, his kit is too basic and ineffective in early gameplay.
Legendary Units Tier List
S Tier
Pain
Arguably the best Legendary. His ability to pull enemies together is amazing for combos—especially if paired with a nuke character like Fran. His AoE is massive, though he suffers from long cooldowns.
A Tier
Zoro
AoE powerhouse with good movement. Great for clearing crowds and pushing through waves.
Katakuri
Very similar to Zoro but slightly less effective. Still strong and reliable for AoE-heavy content.
B Tier
Beast Gohan
A better version of Vegeta, but still not great. Lacks that standout factor.
Inosuke
A close-range brawler good against bosses, but poor AoE makes him a weaker pick overall.
Mythic Units Tier List
S+ Tier (Absolute Best)
Fran (aka Frier/Feran?)
The best unit in the game right now. She’s a ranged DPS queen with a nuke ability, ranged auto-attacks, and—most importantly—an invincibility field. That zone blocks knockback, stun, and all damage. This makes her game-changing in raids and waves.
S Tier
Chainsaw Man
Massive single-target damage, excellent for boss fights. Also has some AoE clear potential. Very solid pick.
Ouru
Insane DPS and great cooldowns. He’s a hybrid that works well both against crowds and bosses. More consistent than Pain, though less flashy.
A Tier
Sid
Better than Zoro in terms of damage, but underwhelming overall. Has a heal, a dash, and consistent damage, but no real nuke ability (yet). Could improve when evolved.
C Tier
Doma
Most underwhelming Mythic in the current meta (unevolved). Mid-tier damage and unclear strengths. Could be better when evolved, but as-is, he’s not worth chasing.
If you’re just starting out, build around Usopp early on, then aim for Fran or Pain when you start pulling for higher-rarity units.
