The Electric Initialiser can be found inside the Hydropower Plant, which you can access through the Kindlewastes Dungeon Entrance. Reaching the item requires you to go through the dungeon.
Make sure you have enough Sparks as you need to deliver four of them to different wall podiums. The dungeon also has many hazards and traps, like lava patches and floor spikes, making this dungeon a challenging one.
It is recommended that you unlock the Glider, Double Jump, and Grapple for this dungeon, as you will need them.
Once you reach the dungeon’s end, search for a chest containing the Electric Initialiser. Keep an Archaic Lockpick ready to open it.
