If you are trying to collect every weapon in End of Abyss, there are six weapons you can find throughout the game. Some are obtained automatically through story progression, while others require you to return to earlier areas or explore optional locations.
In this post, I will show you where to find every weapon in End of Abyss and explain exactly what you need to do to reach each one. I’ll also point out which weapons are story-related and which ones are optional, so you know when you can collect them.
The good news is that none of the weapons are missable. You can find all of them after finishing the main story, making it possible to clean up anything you missed later. Several trophies are also connected to finding and upgrading these weapons.
End of Abyss Weapon Guide – How to Find All Weapons Location
There are 6 weapons to collect in total:
- Pulse Gun
- Riot Breaker
- Security Rifle
- Support Gun
- Incinerator
- Particle Disruptor
There are also several trophies related to collecting and upgrading weapons:
- Fallen Crew – Find the Support Gun.
- Overload – Find and upgrade the Particle Disruptor.
- Power Up – Upgrade any weapon to max level.
- Super Power – Upgrade all weapons to max level.
If you are also working toward the weapon upgrade trophies, you will need the required upgrade materials to fully upgrade every weapon.
Pulse Gun
The Pulse Gun is the easiest weapon to obtain because you start the game with it.
There is nothing special you need to do here. Simply begin the game and the Pulse Gun will already be available to you.
Riot Breaker
Location: Habitation Sector > F1
The Riot Breaker can be found in the Habitation Sector on F1.
From the corridor near Security on the left side of the area, look for an open window on your right. Jump through the window and enter the next room.
The Riot Breaker is sitting in plain sight inside.
You will actually pass through this room fairly early in the game while opening the shutter that leads to the first Fast Travel Shuttle, so it is a weapon you can grab relatively early.
Security Rifle
Location: Factory East > F2
The Security Rifle is located in Factory East on F2.
First, enter the small room connected to the larger room near the Factory East Fast Travel Shuttle.
You will need the Factory Keycard to access this area. The good news is that you automatically obtain the Factory Keycard during the main story in this same area.
Once inside the small room, look for the wall on the left.
Place an Explosive Charge on the wall to destroy it and create an opening. Explosive Charges are also required for story progression, so you should already have access to them by this point.
Go through the newly created opening and enter the next room. The Security Rifle can be found inside.
Support Gun
Location: Outer Sector > B2
The Support Gun is an optional weapon and is one of the weapons you may miss during your first trip through the game.
It is located in the Outer Sector, which is the first area you visit in End of Abyss. However, you cannot simply collect it during your initial visit. You need to return to the Outer Sector later, after progressing the story until you reach the Lower Levels.
How to Return to the Outer Sector
Getting back to the Outer Sector is not as simple as following your original route.
The lift you used earlier will no longer be operational, so you need to take an alternative path.
First, head to:
Maintenance > F2
Near the Safe Room, use an Explosive Charge on the floor just outside it.
The explosion will create a hole that you can jump through.
Drop down into the room below, then head left and continue along the path. Keep following this route until you reach the Outer Sector Shuttle.
The Outer Sector itself is just beyond the Shuttle.
Finding the Support Gun
Once you are back in the Outer Sector, head to the top-right area of F1.
You should now find a door that is open.
Go through the door and head down the ladder. Once you reach the lower area, use another Explosive Charge to create a hole in the ground.
Jump down through the opening.
Be prepared for an ambush when you land. A large group of enemies will attack you.
Defeat all of the enemies and then check the corpse to find the Support Gun.
Finding this weapon will also unlock the Fallen Crew trophy.
Incinerator
Location: Lower Levels > F1
The Incinerator is a story-related weapon, so you will obtain it naturally while progressing through the game.
You will find it on the main path as you explore the right side of the Lower Levels, which is the final area of the game.
Simply continue through this section and pick up the Incinerator when you reach it.
You need to collect it to continue progressing through the story, so there is no special side route required.
The Incinerator also becomes important for accessing some optional content later, including the Particle Disruptor.
Particle Disruptor
Location: Infirmary > B1
The Particle Disruptor is another optional weapon.
It can be found at the end of the Infirmary, which is an optional late-game area.
To reach the Infirmary, you first need to obtain the Infirmary Key.
Getting the Infirmary Key
The Infirmary Key can be found in the Lower Levels, which is the final main-story area.
On F1, head to the labs on the right side.
You will find a Parasitic Spire there. Use the Incinerator to burn it down.
Once you have dealt with the Parasitic Spire, you can obtain the Infirmary Key.
Remember that the Incinerator is a story-related weapon, so you will already have it by this stage of the game.
Entering the Infirmary
Once you have the Infirmary Key, return to the Habitation Sector.
Near the Fast Travel Shuttle, you will find a lift on the right side. Use the Infirmary Key to access the lift and travel to the Infirmary.
The Infirmary is a fairly short optional area.
To reach the Particle Disruptor, first find the Restricted Access Keycard in the small room on F1.
After obtaining the keycard, use it to access B1 through the door at the top of the corridor on the right side.
You will encounter the area’s boss on the right side of B1.
Finding the Particle Disruptor
After defeating the boss, continue heading north.
Look toward the top-right corner of the area. You will find a wall that can be burned down.
Use the Incinerator to destroy the wall.
Behind it is a small room containing the Particle Disruptor.
Finding and upgrading this weapon is also required for the Overload trophy.
Are Any Weapons Missable?
No. None of the six weapons are missable.
Even if you finish the main story without collecting the optional weapons, you can return afterward and collect them.
The Support Gun and Particle Disruptor are the two weapons that require additional exploration, while the Pulse Gun and Incinerator are obtained through normal progression.
That covers all six weapon locations in End of Abyss. Most of the weapons are straightforward to collect, but the Support Gun and Particle Disruptor require some extra exploration after you have progressed far enough through the story.
If you are going for all weapon-related trophies, make sure you collect both optional weapons and then work on upgrading all six weapons to their maximum level.
Since none of the weapons are missable, you do not need to worry about getting everything during your first playthrough. You can finish the story first and then return to the areas you need to complete your collection.
