Nophenia 100% Achievement Guide – Unlock Every Achievement

If you’re trying to get every achievement in Nophenia, the good news is that it doesn’t take complicated puzzles or hidden endings. Most achievements are tied to small interactions that are easy to miss simply because the game never tells you they exist.

Some are funny, some require a little patience, and one even depends on random luck. That’s honestly part of Nophenia’s charm—it encourages you to interact with the world instead of rushing through it.

I spent some time going through every currently available achievement, and below you’ll find the fastest and easiest way to unlock each one without wasting time experimenting.

Note: This guide covers all achievements currently available in the game. If future updates add more, I’ll update this guide as well.

“…?” Achievement

This is the only achievement that depends on random spawning, so don’t worry if you don’t find it immediately.

To unlock it, you need to find a bright white ghost wandering somewhere in the game world. Walk up to it and interact with it.

The ghost doesn’t have a fixed location and appears randomly. One confirmed location is:

  • Train Station (right after leaving the Bedroom area)

Since the spawn is random, the best approach is simply to keep exploring different areas until it appears.

How to Unlock

  • Explore the map.
  • Find the glowing white ghost.
  • Talk to it.

If you don’t see it, just continue playing and checking different locations.

“awoo” Achievement

Probably one of the easiest achievements… but definitely not the fastest.

Simply keep using your character’s Howl ability.

Steps

  • Press H to howl.
  • Repeat it over and over.
  • Eventually the achievement unlocks.

There’s no trick here—the game just counts your howls until you’ve done enough.

“meow” Achievement

One of the cutest hidden achievements in the game.

Your phone actually contains a little cat app that many players completely ignore.

Steps

  • Press Esc to open your phone.
  • Scroll through the apps.
  • Open the Cat App.
  • Pet the cat.
  • Keep repeating until the achievement appears.

It takes multiple pets, so don’t stop after just one.

“boredom…” Achievement

This achievement lives up to its name.

When you first spawn, you’ll notice the bed in the bedroom.

All you need to do is keep jumping on it.

Steps

  • Go to the bedroom.
  • Jump onto the bed.
  • Repeat 522 times.

Yes, that’s really the requirement.

If you’re wondering whether you’re doing something wrong… you’re not. Just keep bouncing until Steam gives you the achievement.

“another memory” Achievement

This achievement introduces one of the phone’s features that many players never use.

Steps

  • Press Esc.
  • Open the Camera app.
  • Press Space to take a picture.

Taking the screenshot unlocks the achievement.

If Steam is set up correctly, it should also save the screenshot automatically.

“smile” Achievement

This one builds directly on the previous achievement.

Instead of simply taking a picture, you’ll need to make your character smile first.

Steps

  • Open the Camera from your phone.
  • Press M.

Your character smiles, and the achievement unlocks.

That’s all there is to it.

“sleepyhead” Achievement

Probably the most patience-testing achievement in the game.

Instead of completing an objective, you simply need to stay asleep long enough.

Steps

  • Press C to sleep.
  • Don’t move.
  • Wait approximately 12.4 minutes.

Many players simply sit on the bedroom bed and leave the game running for around 13–14 minutes to be safe.

Avoid pressing any keys while waiting.

Once enough time passes, the achievement should unlock automatically.

“meat” Achievement

Thankfully, this is one of the quickest achievements in Nophenia.

As soon as you wake up in the Bedroom, look around the floor.

You’ll notice a piece of raw meat nearby.

Steps

  • Spawn in the Bedroom.
  • Walk over the raw meat lying on the floor.

That’s it.

Simply touching it unlocks the achievement.

Credit goes to community member ZedMad, who shared this easy method with other players.

Most of these achievements can be earned within your first playthrough if you know where to look. The only one that may slow you down is the “…?” achievement because of the random ghost spawn. Everything else is simply about interacting with the game’s hidden features.

Before closing the game, it’s worth opening your phone, checking the Camera, petting the cat a few times, and grabbing the meat in the Bedroom. You’ll knock out several achievements in just a couple of minutes.

If new achievements are added in future Nophenia updates, this guide will be expanded with their locations and unlock methods.
