Sledding Game has a surprising amount of hidden content scattered around the map. There are secret skins, funny cosmetics, unique sleds, hidden props, and even special unlocks tied to challenges and statues. Some are very easy to get, while others can take a lot of exploration or teamwork with friends.
This guide explains every major unlockable item currently known in the game and gives easy-to-follow tips so you do not waste time running around the map confused. If you are trying to collect everything, this guide should help you a lot.
How Statue Unlocks Work
One of the biggest unlock systems in Sledding Game involves animal statues hidden around the map. Most statues have three empty lights on the front.
To activate these statues:
- Find the nearby snowball targets
- Hit all three targets quickly
- The statue lights up
- Interact with the statue to claim the reward
Each target hit lights one section of the statue for around 15 seconds. If the timer runs out before all three are hit, you must restart.
Some statues are very easy solo, while others are clearly designed for multiple players.
A very important tip is to always place a flag nearby before attempting difficult statues. Some areas are annoying to climb back to if you fail.
Statue Unlock Skins
Black Bear Skin
This statue can be spotted while riding the top ridge ski lift. About halfway through the ride, look down toward a hill below and you should see the statue.
Once you get there:
- One target is beside the statue
- Another is downhill toward the north
- The final one is uphill toward the south or southwest
This one is not too difficult solo, but setting a flag nearby helps a lot because the drop down can sometimes bug and teleport you back to the lodge.
Light Seal Skin
The Light Seal statue is one of the trickier ones because of its location. You can find it while sledding down the eastern side of the tallest mountain. The statue looks similar to the Statue of Liberty and stands on a tall platform.
The hardest part here is getting back up quickly enough after starting the targets.
Targets are located:
- Directly behind the statue
- Up south on a rock wall
- Far downhill toward the north
Using trampolines and setting a checkpoint flag nearby makes this much easier.
Panda Bear Skin
You can spot this statue while riding the upper central ski lift near the toad statue area.
The statue sits on a stone arch. This challenge is awkward solo because one target is directly under the arch while another is below the ski lift path itself.
The third target is uphill toward the southeast.
This is one of the better statues to complete with friends because splitting targets saves a lot of time.
Dark Toad Skin
Near the top of the lower central ski lift, you will see a cannon labeled “Cannon of Peril.” The statue is on a nearby hill west of that location.
The targets are spread out quite a bit:
- One is far downhill west
- One is attached to the side of a stone arch north
- One is near the ski lift area you came from
This unlock can feel annoying at first, but after learning the target locations it becomes much easier.
Normal Fox Skin
When riding the eastern ski lift near the frozen lake, look uphill and you should spot the backside of a target.
Walk into the nearby tree area and you will eventually find the fox statue.
Targets are:
- Beside the statue
- Hidden among trees north of the area
- Near the path leading uphill
This is one of the easier statue challenges overall.
Polar Bear Skin
This statue is located near the southwestern ski lift behind the lodge.
The targets are spread very far apart:
- One uphill near the ski lift
- One downhill northeast
- One across a distant hill northwest
The long-distance target seems impossible at first, but you can actually hit it by aiming high above it from near the statue.
Statue Cosmetic Unlocks
Crown Hat
The Crown Hat statue is found near the alpine village area. It is far away from most lifts, so getting there can take a while.
The penguin statue overlooks a slope and the targets are hidden around the nearby village and hills.
This unlock mainly tests patience and exploration rather than difficulty.
Dorky Glasses
From the fox statue area, head southwest toward a large stone arch.
Underneath the arch is a frog statue sitting like “The Thinker.”
Targets are:
- Beside the statue
- Downhill west
- At the bottom of the cliff below the arch
A smart trick is placing a flag at the statue, jumping down for the difficult target first, then teleporting back.
Tiny Frog Hat
This is probably the hardest unlock in the game right now because it basically requires teamwork.
The statue itself is in the lodge, but all three targets are hidden in completely different parts of the map.
A full group strategy works best:
- One player stays at the statue
- One player heads south
- One player heads northwest
- Remaining players search northeast
Because targets are near the yeti zone and difficult terrain, expect multiple attempts before completing this unlock.
Unlocks From Simple Actions
Some cosmetics and skins unlock just by doing specific actions one time.
Gold Frog Skin
This is the easiest unlock technically, but it costs real money. You must purchase the Supporter Edition or the Supporter Pack upgrade.
Gold Tie
Open chat and type:
/secret
After sending it, the Gold Tie unlocks instantly.
Name Tag Cosmetic
Open the settings menu and disable “Nameplates.” After exiting settings, the cosmetic unlocks.
You can turn nameplates back on afterward.
Cape Cosmetic
To unlock the Cape, stay airborne for a very long time.
The easiest strategy is:
- Build a giant ramp
- Use multiple boosters
- Launch off the back of the lodge
Some players say you need over 10 seconds of airtime, while others believe it depends on score.
Either way, big jumps are the key.
Green Visor Hat
This unlock is surprisingly weird.
Start the basketball minigame inside the lodge, then leave it running without actually playing. Have another player interact with your active game.
This should unlock the Green Visor Hat.
Unlocks From Repeating Actions
Some rewards require grinding repeated actions.
Poison Frog Skin
As the normal frog character, hit players with snowballs 100 times.
The easiest method is using an AFK friend standing near the lodge fence so they do not get launched too far away every hit.
Tree Frog Skin
Jump on trampolines 100 times as the normal frog.
The easiest trick is placing a trampoline inside a tent or igloo. Your character will bounce repeatedly very quickly.
Light Toad Skin
As the Dark Toad skin, repeatedly get on and off ski lifts 30 times.
You can instantly jump off after boarding, which speeds this up a lot.
Arctic Fox Skin
As the normal fox, land upside down 50 times while sledding.
A very fast method is:
- Build a tiny ramp
- Hold backward while mounting sled
- Flip instantly
- Teleport back and repeat
Duotone Seal Skin
Win 20 races while using the Dark Seal.
Important:
- You must race against at least one real player
- Solo races do not count
Cosmetic Grind Unlocks
Hot Cocoa Hat
Drink 100 cups of hot cocoa.
You can track progress by checking “Liquids Consumed” in your stats.
Some players use the infinite cocoa cup glitch to finish this much faster.
Red Round Glasses
Use emotes 100 times.
The fastest way is simply alternating between two emotes repeatedly in the menu.
Dog Tags
Get hit by players 100 times.
Snowballs count, so combining this with Poison Frog farming is very efficient.
Sled Unlocks
Croc Sled
This unlock simply happens naturally from walking around a lot. There is no special trick needed.
Plane Sled
Wear the Cape cosmetic and let the yeti launch you extremely high 10 times.
This one is both funny and frustrating depending on your luck.
Ski Lift Sled
Ride the golden ski lift chair for three full return trips.
The short lift behind the lodge is the easiest place to grind this.
Hidden Exploration Unlocks
Some unlocks are found by interacting with hidden objects around the map.
Dark Seal Skin
Near the red race start area high on the central mountain, you will find two fishing holes.
Jump into the hole closest to the rock wall and interact to unlock the skin.
Bench Sled
Find the bench statue southwest of the lodge near yellow tents and interact with it.
UFO Sled
This sled is hidden deep in the yeti zone behind the tallest northern mountain.
Run in quickly, interact with the crashed UFO, and escape before the yeti destroys you.
Flowerpot Hat
Inside the lodge cosmetics area, squeeze behind the left side of the stand to find a tiny flowerpot hidden on the floor.
Arrow Hat
At the shooting range beside the lodge, look behind the apple target and interact with the apple wearing the arrow.
Cockroach Hat
Near the frozen pond area, find the large stone arch.
A cockroach is hidden on a high ledge. You need props like greenscreens or trampolines to climb high enough to reach it.
Miner Hat
Near the central mountain with the giant target, search around the mountain base until you find a small cave.
Use a trampoline or props to reach the hidden hat inside.
Tent Prop
On the southern side of the central mountain, look for a yellow tent sitting on a cliff.
Inside that tent is a tiny hidden tent prop you can interact with and unlock.
