Farever Jobs Guide – Unlock Costs, Crafting Points

Jobs in Farever are one of the most important progression systems in the game. They allow players to craft armor, food, potions, accessories, enchantments, and many other useful items. Every job focuses on a different type of crafting, and mastering them can save a lot of gold while making your character much stronger.

There are currently 6 jobs available:

  • Blacksmith
  • Alchemist
  • Outfitter
  • Jeweler
  • Cook
  • Enchanter

You can learn jobs from Job Welldon in Navelin. Every new job costs more gold than the previous one, but you can eventually unlock all of them.

Job Unlock Costs

Job Number Cost
First Job 300 Gold
Second Job 600 Gold
Third Job 1000 Gold
Fourth Job 1500 Gold

The order does not matter, so players can unlock whichever profession fits their class or playstyle first.

Crafting Points Explained

Crafting Points are the core mechanic behind all crafting professions in Farever.

You earn Crafting Points by creating basic materials and components. These points are then spent when crafting stronger or more advanced items.

Here is how the system works:

  • The first time you craft a base item, you gain the highest amount of Crafting Points.
  • Crafting the same item again gives fewer points, usually around half.
  • Advanced crafts cost Crafting Points.
  • Repeatedly crafting the same advanced item reduces its crafting cost over time.

One important thing to know is that Crafting Points are shared across all jobs. This means you can farm points using one profession and spend them in another profession later.

This makes it easier to level multiple crafting jobs without constantly grinding every single recipe individually.

Blacksmith Guide

Blacksmith focuses on heavy armor and metal crafting.

Players can turn raw ore and Spark Samples into ingots, then use those ingots to create powerful armor pieces and crafting materials.

Blacksmith is mainly useful for Warrior-style builds because most heavy armor pieces are designed for tanky melee classes.

What Blacksmith Crafts

  • Heavy Armor
  • Weightstones
  • Metal Plates
  • Ingots
  • Ore-based Equipment

Best For

  • Warriors
  • Tank Builds
  • Defensive Gear

Blacksmith is one of the best money-making jobs early in the game because crafted armor is always in demand.

Alchemist Guide

Alchemist is one of the most versatile jobs in Farever.

This profession focuses on potions, trinkets, motes, and stat-boosting elixirs. Alchemists can create useful consumables that improve farming, combat, and progression.

What Alchemist Crafts

  • Elixirs
  • Potions
  • Trinkets
  • Motes
  • Fragments

One of the most useful items from Alchemist is the Abundance Potion, which increases drop rates and helps with farming rare materials.

Important Buff Rule

Only these buffs can be active at the same time:

  • 1 Food Buff
  • 1 Scroll Buff
  • 1 Elixir Buff

This means Alchemist buffs stack with food and scrolls from other jobs.

  • Farming Builds
  • Support Players
  • Players Grinding Materials

Cook is one of the easiest professions to use daily because food materials drop naturally while exploring.

These upgrades permanently improve gear or temporarily buff the player.
