This is a full walkthrough for all Xenolith achievements in Plague Inc: Evolved. Nothing is hidden here—I’m laying everything out clearly so you can follow along without guessing what to do next.
Huge credit to the community and especially Conit’s guide for helping piece together the cleanest methods to trigger each ending. This version is just streamlined so you can get everything done efficiently.
Unlocking Genes
If you don’t already have Xenolith genes unlocked, there’s a very simple method:
- Play Xenolith on Casual
- Right before winning → save the game
- Win → you unlock a gene
- Reload save → win again → unlock another
Repeat this loop until you have all the genes you need.
For this guide, you’ll want:
- Star Shards
- Synaptic Pulse
- Void Signal
Setup
We’ll use the same base setup every time. You only need to change things after saving.
Start Location

Early Upgrades
Immediately grab:
- Lithic Seed
- Organic Bridge
- Subdermal Anchoring
- Mineral Leaching
- Skeletal Integration
- Flash-Vitrification
Then:
- Volatile Isolation (Humans tab)
Next Upgrades
- Lithic Fissures
- Crust Breach
- Ferrous Attraction
- Thermal Siphoning
- Tectonic Anchoring
Also grab:
- 2× Atomic Reconfiguration (Humans tab)
- 3× Humidity upgrades (Abilities tab)
Important Step
Save your game here.
From this point onward, each achievement branches differently.
To Infinity and Beyond
This one is very straightforward.
Get These Upgrades:
- Gravimetric Tether
- Kinetic Impact
- Meteor Shower
- Meteor Storm
- Armageddon
What to Do:
- Hit one country with five meteors
That’s it—the planet shatters and you unlock the achievement.
Hello, World!
This one is more involved but still consistent.
Required Upgrades:
- Crystal Alignment
- Atomic Bonding
- Field Persistence
- Local Amplification
- Tectonic Amplification
Goal:
- Xeno-form 85% of the planet
- Use Crystal Alignment on all continents at once (5 charges)
Speed Up Spread:
Grab:
- Replicating Lattice
- Molecular Cleavage
- Harmonic Field
- Lattice Optimization
- Ionic Displacement
- Seismic Liquification
- Piezo-Static Charge
Important Tip:
Don’t fully convert the entire world too early. Leave some islands untouched so you can control progress.
If it spreads too fast:
- Devolve crystal upgrades → slows everything down
When you have 5 charges ready, pause and use them on:
- USA
- Brazil
- Central Africa
- Russia
- Australia
Unpause → achievement unlocks.
Phone Home
This one is the most annoying if you don’t set it up properly.
Required Upgrades:
- Shatter
- Cascade
- Resonance Cascade
- Crystal Alignment
- Field Persistence
- Local Amplification
- Tectonic Amplification
- Atomic Bonding
- Cellular Mimicry
- Metabolic Siphon
Requirements:
- 75% xeno-formation
- At least 1 fully xeno-formed country
- Shatter 90% of the population very quickly
Strategy:
- Spread infection using Crystal Alignment
- Build up xeno-formation across continents
- Don’t rush kills too early
Final Step:
- Pause
- Shatter 2 continents (Russia + Brazil works well)
- Unpause
Ending triggers immediately.
