The Last War Valentine’s Event 2026 is now live, bringing back familiar systems like the Timeless Bonds battle pass, chocolate gifting, Lucky Rose spins, and Valentine vouchers. While the structure closely mirrors previous Valentine events, understanding how each part works is important if you want to avoid wasting time, resources, or money.
This guide breaks down every Valentine system, explains how rewards are earned, and gives realistic advice for free-to-play players, low spenders, and veterans.
Timeless Bonds Battle Pass
The core of the event is the Timeless Bonds battle pass, which has three tiers.
Free Tier (F2P)
The free tier rewards:
- Bond Tokens (used in Lucky Rose)
- SSR hero shards
- Synthetic resin
- Speedups
- Skill medals
Unused Bond Tokens are converted into universal speedups after the event ends, so nothing is completely wasted.
Middle Tier (Paid)
This tier includes:
- Diamonds
- Alliance gifts
- Dielectric ceramic
- Additional Bond Tokens
- Emotes
- Resource choice chests
- Hero XP
- Speedups and ore
It costs in-game premium currency and offers more volume, but not necessarily better efficiency.
Premium Tier (Highest Paid)
This tier adds:
- More diamonds
- SSR alliance gifts
- More Bond Tokens
- Valentine nameplate
- Valentine voucher lucky chest
The voucher chest can contain 1, 10, 100, or 1,000 vouchers. Like other event currencies, unused items convert into speedups after the event.
Important note: While battle passes are marketed as “best value,” in Last War they mainly offer convenience and cosmetics. Power gains are real but modest.
Chocolate Party
The Chocolate Party is the social part of the event.
How to Get Cocoa Beans
You earn cocoa beans by:
- Killing zombies on the world map
- Fighting wanted bosses
- Participating in regular PvE content
Drops are:
- 1–5 cocoa beans from normal sources
- 2–10 cocoa beans from wanted bosses
Requirements:
- Account must be 15+ days old
- Base must be level 14 or higher
After the event, cocoa beans convert into universal speedups at a rate of 1 bean = 1 minute.
Crafting & Sending Gifts
- Cocoa beans are used to craft chocolate gifts
- Sending chocolate gives:
- 2 standard gift boxes to the sender
- 1 standard gift box to the recipient
- Sending a Romance Rocket gives:
- 1 ultimate gift box to both players
Gifting earns gifting points, which are used for leaderboards.
Gifting Leaderboards & Cross-War Zones
Players are ranked by gifting points earned during the event.
Important rules:
- Minimum 300 gifting points required to appear on the leaderboard
- Players reaching 22,000 points can tie for first place
- All tied first-place players receive full first-place rewards
Cross-war-zone gifting is enabled, with servers grouped together. This greatly increases competition for top ranks.
Chocolate Star & Charisma System Explained
When you receive gifts, you earn:
- Gift boxes
- Charisma points
Opening gift boxes gives:
- Charisma points
- Gift box tokens
Gift Box Probabilities
- Standard gift box: 60%
- Rare gift box: 30%
- Deluxe gift box: 8%
- Ultimate gift box: 2%
Charisma progression:
- Every 5 charisma stars = 1 charisma rank
- Ranks:
- Trainee
- Rising Star
- Celebrity
- Idol
- Superstar
You must reach Rising Star to qualify for charisma leaderboards.
After the event:
- You receive a Valentine-themed base map effect based on your final charisma rank.
Eternal Elegance – Daily Title System
Each day, the highest-ranked eligible player who has not yet won receives the Eternal Elegance title.
Rules:
- Each player can only win once
- Titles are awarded daily for the first seven days
- No new titles are given during the settlement day
This system spreads rewards across multiple players rather than allowing one whale to dominate everything.
Lucky Rose – Spin System Explained
Lucky Rose is the event’s spin-and-win system.
Key points:
- Tokens are earned from the battle pass or purchased in packs
- Five-time spins are always better than single spins
- Certain patterns give:
- Valentine vouchers
- Lucky voucher chests
- Universal shards
If a spin includes a Lucky Chest pattern, you gain extra chances to open reward chests.
Five-time spins multiply voucher gains, which is why they are strongly recommended.
Valentine Exchange – What’s Worth Buying?
Valentine vouchers are spent in the Valentine Exchange.
Best Value Items
- Universal decoration components – strong, permanent power increase
- Ore – harder to obtain in large quantities
- Select long-term progression materials
Overrated or Poor Value
- Base skins (mostly cosmetic, very small power gain)
- Nameplates
- UR universal shards
- Speedups (easily obtained elsewhere)
- Hero XP chests
Base skins may look powerful on paper, but real combat results show they do not justify their cost unless you care about cosmetics.
