Phasmophobia Halloween 2025 Crimson Eye Event Guide

The Crimson Eye Event marks the return of Phasmophobia’s annual Halloween challenge. The Blood Moon has corrupted seven maps, each shrouded in eerie red light and infested with cursed Moon Totems.

Your goal is simple — hunt these totems down and destroy them before the Eye consumes everything.
All you need to do is interact with the Totems to banish them. Once destroyed, they award Blood Points that count toward both personal milestones and community progress.

Be warned: the Blood Moon’s power makes ghosts faster and sanity drain much quicker than usual. Proceed carefully — even professional hunters can crumble under its influence.

What Are Moon Totems?

Moon Totems are small, glowing relics hidden across haunted maps. They hum with paranormal energy and glow faintly under the Blood Moon.
Once you find one, simply interact with it to destroy it. Each totem grants +1 Blood Point, and the total adds up at the end of your investigation.

Be cautious, though. Destroying a totem can cause a temporary sanity drop, and may even trigger a hunt event in higher difficulties.

How Blood Points Work

Blood Points are the event currency used to unlock Community and Personal Rewards.
You’ll earn points for nearly everything you do during Blood Moon investigations.

Objective Points Details
Destroy a Moon Totem +1 Interact with a totem to earn a point.
Complete Optional Objectives +3 each Complete side objectives (EMF, Motion Sensor, Crucifix, etc.).
Correct Ghost Identification +10 Guess the ghost correctly for a large bonus.
Difficulty Multiplier +1–15 Each difficulty tier adds bonus points (x15 = +15 pts).

Your Blood Points are divided between:

Community Goals – Every player contributes toward global milestones.

Personal Goals – Tracks your individual progress for exclusive items.
