Just like Classes, Melomon (Pets) are very important in the game because You can summon pets to help you in battle and now let’s go through some instructions I have here first.
Go Go Muffin Melomon (Pets) Guide

– Passive skills are more important than awaken skill
– Passive and Awaken Skill only active/taken effect from your Main pet
– Moves active on your main and support pet
Level
– Prioritize level up one pet to reach the next evolve then move on to the next pet, the evolving pet will give the pet an extra move slot.

Star
– Maxing out your main pet stars to get the Star-up Effects stats, then move on to yourr support pet if
you have leftover upgrade mats.
Main Pet (Awaken Skill)
Demon Hound: Weak at early game, but will gradually become strong when you can sum up good
amount of Critical (30%+) and Determination stats
– Second options : Light, Thunder or Smartie
– Good for Tanking some difficult content : Polar Shadow
Passive Skill
– Damage: Demon Hound, Ice Valley Colt, and Blade Hound (+dmg%)
*you can purchase Blade Hound at the Furf’s store
*For Dragon Bounty it is better to replace Raven instead of Blade Hound.
– Healing : Raven, Thunder, Smartie
You don’t have those pets for healing, they are just nice to have.

– Wishlist events are recurrent every 1-2 months, save up to 150-180 Summoning strings for this.
– Wishlist recommendations (in an orderly manner) are: Demon hound, Ice Valley Colt, and 1 more Demon Hound to unlock passive skill and star-effect.

– Unlock around week 24
– You will get a free Gen 2 melomon based on your Gen 1 melomon with the most puzzle pieces, get the
same one as much as you can, recommended to get Demon Hound.
